Ma première fois; j'ai le goût d'essayer ce resto bien coté sur le web. On commence. Je suis seul, on me cache à la dernière table sur le mur. Je commande une bière & puis viens les petits pains avec huile & balsamique. Très bon. Où ça se gâte c'est lorsque je mange les Pacheco sauce Romanoff, je croque une pâte non cuite ,c'est dur, je l'extrait de ma bouche & réalise que c'est un morceau de plastique.. J'en glisse un mot à la serveuse qui s'excuse timidement.Voilà on n'en fera pas tout un plat. & dire que mon assiette était délicieuse. Alors mon expérience est mitigée. Vais-je donner une deuxième chance!!

J'ai pris les pâtes Pacchero Romanoff: les pâtes étaient mal cuites, & le choix de type de pâtes inadéquat. Les pacchero sont trop lourds & grossier pour la sauce Romanoff. D'ailleurs la sauce était insipide & insignifiante. Mon conjoint a choisi le veau Parmagiana & c'était bon. Les pâtes en accompagnement correctes aussi. La serveuse ne l'avait pas du tout, gentille mais pas en contrôle & mal à l'aise dans son service. Le jeune homme est à l'accueil responsable du plancher était vraiment très bien.
