Le service était inexistant !! Nous étions 3 couples, nous avons pris 3 entrées au total.. la 1ere est arrivée rapidement puis les 2 autres 25min plus tard.. ridicule! Nous avons tous commandé un verre de boisson, on a fini par les revevoir après 45min d'attente.. on parle ici de 2 verres de vin, une Marguarita, une bière, un café puis un eau pétillante.. 45 MINUTES !!Le manger complètement ridicule.. j'ai pris une pizza Margarita qui n'avait non seulement aucun goût mais en plus la moitié de ma pizza était sans fromage.. ce n'était qu'une croûte à pizza avec 3 feuilles de basilic.. RIDICULE !! Un des serveur passait à tout bout de champs en mâchant sa gomme à pleine bouche.. en plus pour le pourboire la machine commence à 18%🤣🤣🤣 c'est rire du monde.. & je ne parle même pas des toilettes infectes & sans papier.. dégueulasse.. j'ai dû sortir me prendre du papier à main

Sat at the bar top & got served by Max. Service was excellent, the food was incredible & on top of all that the bartender (max) looked like Tom holland. 10/10 would come here again!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre dîner sur la terrasse de la Trattoria Gio. Ma fille a trouvé la pizza vraiment bonne & mon épouse & moi nous sommes régalés. Le service était excellent. Merci d'avoir accepté notre chien sur la terrasse!

We had a wonderful meal at Trattoria Gio on our visit to Montreal. The waitress was very helpful & friendly & the food was delicious. We shared a few appetizers, the focaccia & the Caesar salad, & had the chocolate torte for dessert. Everything was great!

If you can chose somewhere else, please do. Got there with a reservation. Water didn't come after 20 min sitting down. A pasta we ordered tasted like pasta water & we requested a change that took an hour. No manager in site to complain. All servers acted dumb or they just don't know how to do their jobs. Worst pasta place in town.

Very unpleasant atmosphere, highly unprofessional behavior. The bartender was fighting with a colleague & smashed a glass at the bar, which made us feel very uncomfortable. After all that, when we left a basic tip for the waitress, she gave us attitude.
