When I first walked into this restaurant, I'll admit, I had my doubts. The décor was simple, & the layout unremarkable-hardly the setting you'd expect for an unforgettable dining experience. But I couldn't have been more wrong. This is, without a doubt, the best Italian food I've ever had. The pizza was a masterpiece. The dough, with its subtle hints of yeast & olive oil, was cooked to perfection-crispy yet tender, bursting with authentic flavor. The vegetables were roasted beautifully, adding layers of complexity, & the crust? To die for. When I pulled out a slice, the cheese stretched endlessly, a visual & culinary delight. Exactly what you'd expect from a real pizza. & then there was the pasta. I've never tasted a sauce so rich & perfectly balanced. It wasn't just food-it was art on a plate. The service matched the quality of the cuisine. The server was incredibly kind & attentive, going above & beyond to ensure we were comfortable. When we needed more space, she effortlessly added the table next to ours without hesitation. She wasn't just serving; she was also helping the chef, washing dishes, & somehow still managing to make every guest feel cared for. I am amazed by the sheer power these two have for running a restaurant with several tables occupied. As we left, she even stepped outside to say goodbye from a distance-a simple but touching gesture that encapsulated the warmth of the entire experience. This restaurant may not catch your eye at first glance, but it will capture your heart with its authenticity, exceptional food, & heartfelt service. It's a place where beautiful memories are created, & for that, I am deeply grateful. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

Nous achetons leur pâte à pizza elle est délicieuse. Les gens sont vraiment gentils, excellent service sympathique & accueillant !

Décu de la salade césar, manquait un peu de fraicheur & sans bacon.

Nous avons fait une très belle découverte avec ce petit restaurant! La cuisine est généreuse & les plats goûtent la bonne cuisine maison. L'entrée de pétoncles étaient surprenante & délicieuse! La pizza & les pâtes excellentes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Une bonne bouffe italienne dans le respect des traditions.. Dans le quartier enchanteur du vieux ste-rose a laval, ce resto existe depuis deja quelques annees & il vaut le deplacement.. Autant pour les grillades que les pates, autant pour les petoncles que les pizzas.. En fait, tout sur le menu est delicieux.. Je le recommande fortemment..
