They got our order wrong twice, after the third time they still put bacon in vegetarian pasta even though we specifically asked for the vegetarian version of the pasta. They forgot to give us items we ordered.

We ordered sandwiches (jardin de rêve) & Lobster Rolls. The jardin de rêve sandwiches were average & dry with no sauce. The 28 dollars Lobster Rolls were good but you could eat them as an appetizer not as a meal. I wish they improve their menu especially that we live close to the restaurant. Otherwise I like the atmosphere & the service!!

The one who served us was good. However, She was by herself catering to all the guests. There should have been more service. Cost of a pizza bit costly.

We stopped by on our way to the cinema (literally next door!) & the food was awesome! I had the Bruschetta pizza rolls with tomato & cheese with a salad on the side. My partner had chicken parmesean with linguini & a side salad. The food was super delicious! The staff is super kind, attentive, & friendly & I think it's the perfect venue to go with family & friends pre or post movie at Cinema Guzzo next door. A 10/10 & I look forward to trying other items on the menu the next time.

I ordered for delivery the LASAGNETTA ALFREDO'S PESTO for 12.99$ + txs.
The taste was very average & the looks very poor.
But most striking was the presentation on the menu with respect to what I have received. There is nothing in common between them
The quantity was meager to not say ridiculous. They decreased the height of the container. But even so, it was more than 2/3 empty.
I have contacted the manager who insisted that everything is normal.
It is clear that the policy of the restaurant is to make maximum profits in a short time without taking into consideration the quality & service that Mikes has been known for. We might have here a renegade Mikes restaurant.
For myself, this restaurant gets a big X.

Très mauvais services.
Nous avons commandé à 11:45 & la pizza est arrivée 2:00 plus tard. Ils avaient oublier notre commande,.
De plus lorsqu'on appelait, on nous répondait que la commande était partie.c'est la dernière fois que nous commandons chez Mikes. La pizza etait à peine mangeable & les frites goûtaient le carton..

Absolutely useless service. Called to order two subs at 6:15.
The restaurant called back at 8:30 to ask if I still wanted the food 2 hours later!!!!
They claimed they were busy because they received a lot of orders.
When I suggested they should have called to advise they couldn't deliver, this seemed to be a foreign concept.
They were surprised with my annoyance & couldn't see what the issue was.
This is the second time I've had this experience with this restaurant, & this time I've learned my lesson & will NEVER order from here again.
Hopefully this post will warn others to stay well clear of this place if you expect to receive your food the same night you order it.

My husband & I each ordered the 9" all dressed pizza. Now, this is a place that's supposed to specialize in pizza & subs, right? How are we to know - we NEVER GOT OUR PIZZA! After we placed our order, we waited. In the meantime, people who were seated after we did started getting their meals. We asked the waitress when our food was going to arrive. We heard her at the back where the kitchen is, yelling at them that we ordered 2 pizzas all dressed. 15 minutes later, we STILL didn't get our pizzas & other customers were finishing their dinner. We had to leave, because we wanted to see a movie. The waitress was trying to get us to stay, saying the cook is cutting up the pizzas, but we were pressed for time. Dinner was chips & popcorn at the theatre. Will we go back again? What do you think?
