I'm giving Tommy Café five stars because the atmosphere is pleasant, the decor is beautiful, the place is spacious, the food is good & the staff are always friendly. My only point is that no café, restaurant, whatever, should serve industrialized boxed juice bought from Walmart. The glass comes with a slice of orange for style, but the juice is clearly from Walmart. It's like going to a pizzeria & being served a frozen supermarket pizza. Price aside, it's honestly preferable not to serve orange juice at all. Or simply serve a homemade orange juice.

The atmosphere is pleasant, & this place is well-decorated, but I can't say the same about the service. I felt the pressure of buying something as the servers were walking around me constantly, & it felt pushy. Hot chocolate didn't taste good; therefore, I don't suggest it.

Above expectations!! I visited this place on Sunday for brunch & we were able to get a table without reservation. The staff was very welcoming, friendly & very polite, they made sure our experience was excellent. The food was really good & same for the coffee. It didn't take a lot of time & it was delicious. It was a snowy day & Christmas vibes in the restaurant made the ambiance very cozy. Would definitely visit again!

I usually go to Tommy's on Notre-Dame, but we decided to try the on Mont-Royal. Firstly, the service was slow as there was only ONE server - felt bad for him. Secondly, the poor guy was overwhelmed & asked us three times to repeat our order. We received our food quickly & it was tasty. Overall, I enjoyed my experience & will definitely return.

I was not sure I wanted to try this place after seeing all the bad reviews, but we eventually caved in after the lineups at the other popular breakfast places were too long!! We figured it couldn’t be that bad, & it wasn’t.
Surprisingly, it was actually better than I expected. The service wasn’t as bad as people said in the comments below. It was a little bit slow considering we were the only people in the restaurant (about 30 min to get our order).
The food was okay, nothing spectacular, but good enough.
All this being said, I would maybe go back if I had no other choice, but it wouldn’t be my first option.

This is my go-to spot to have great coffee & a nice ambiance to work on my computer. The staff are super friendly, the coffee is amazing, & the food is also very good. I especially enjoy the chéri in the morning, & the tre maiale pizza for lunch/dinner.

Il y a un beau décor avec plein de plantes. C'est très relax. Le menu est assez limité mais c'est bon & santé. La serveuse était super.

Every time I have come here in hopes for better service, I am deceived. It is very slow & the staff seem inattentive & to not care about the quality of their service. This place has potential but unfortunately the experience makes the food not worth it.

Everyone working there had red eyes. Food was what you'd expected. We waited 30 mins in the entrance when we had a reservation. We were told we had reserved too late. My fiancé wants me to give them a 1 star but I canot bring myself to be this heartless
