Came here expecting a good time & was met with a scam. they will withhold you're belongings & not even help return them to you. I asked for them to bring my article of clothing to a courier & they refused yet tell me i have to get my own courier to get my coat back. SCAM this is a picture of our coat check tickets. I received 1 of the 2 coats the other being lost because the ticket wasn't on it. they really need to learn how to handle their venue better. Horrible company to book any venue with go anywhere else.

I left my blazer in their coat check for $5 & the night went great until it ended. I went to get my blazer. I waited 2 hours & 30 minutes for my blazer just for me to be told it was lost & to come back tomorrow. I then called them the next day & asked them if they had it. They told me they did & i had 20 minutes to get there before they closed i was almost an hour away. (i called at 10am) Now I'm back in the united states asking for them to ship me back down my blazer which they with held from me. To no avail & they are saying it's my problem & to go back up to canada to get it. Horrible customer service & a horrible place. Very unorganized. They also used the excuse their workers were drunk & that's why they lost the blazer.

Absolutely horrible experience. Lost our jackets after waiting 2 & a half plus hours. EXTREMELY disrespectful & unaccommodating .

We did our Christmas office party there & the service was horrible, the food was cold & under cooked, it smelled like mold & humid! The staff mentioned they had recently suffered a flood but yet still opened it to the public in order to make money, that's disgusting!

They over charge for a venue filled with Mold & it smells like humidity! The bathrooms overflow, I would never recommend any business to rent this for a corporate or anyone for a Wedding.

Had so much fun! Would recommend for a fun night out.
They even host artists which is pretty cool!
Got served by Rachel & she was just phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend
