2e fois au Keg, & à chaque fois une belle expérience. La bouffe, les boissons, tout es succulent. Moi & mon chum avons eu un superbe service par Joey, je vous le recommande. Demandez d'être assis dans sa section, vous allez passer une excellente soirée, promis. Service à la clientèle 5 étoiles

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left we were greeted with friendliness & kindness.

Our Waitress Kim was warm & friendly she made sure our party had everything we needed & checked in on us .

The food was amazing from the complementary bread & whipped butter & I highly recommend the cheesy toast for the table
The cesar salad was delicious as well as all our steak choices from filet mignon to sirloin.

Although we were all full & the idea of dessert was not in our plans our amazing waitress Kim surprised our table with a slice of ice cream cake to share & we cleaned that plate off 😊

Thank you for such wonderful service as well as a fabulous dining experience.

BAD very poor service. I used to come here often, but unfortunately this place has gone downhill & now feels like a basic, low-quality restaurant.

Many items on the menu were unavailable. The tables were dirty, the sofa was covered with bread crumbs, the forks were dirty, & I was even served a broken glass. It was unbelievable that all of these issues happened during the same visit.

When you enter, there are two staff members at the entrance who were talking to each other & laughing instead of greeting customers professionally. It made for a very unwelcoming first impression.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience compared to the service & standards this restaurant used to provide

À chaque année, à l'occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage, nous venons manger au Keg St-Bruno & passons une belle soirée. Cette année, nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir Jenn comme serveuse. Sourire contagieux, politesse, service impeccable! Merci d'avoir contribué positivement à notre soirée. Je recommande rarement un restaurant pour le service mais si vous avez le goût d'un bon steak, je vous souhaite d'avoir le plaisir d'être servi par elle. Merci Jenn!

La nourriture, le service & l'ambiance sont correct, ni plus ni moins, le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce type de repas. Ce n'est pas de la haute gastronomie. 300$ pour deux personnes, & la bouteille de vin n'a coûté que 55$. Même pas de dessert à ce prix.
