I had a very great experience there. Loved the food. & the people working their was very courteous & kind. Loved their hospitality & way they treated us.

Just now ordered mysore masala dosa it was so good & delicious. Especially the chutney & sambas were good

Love the Dosas, 5 stars normally. But we went for something else today. The chicken curry duo. They call it a "one man army". Bones. Oily. 18$ for a Naan & a few bites of chicken. That is beyond reasonable. I was not full at all. My wife took the paneer duo. While it is really tasty, the paneer was cold.

The veg rolls really tastly & crespy but quite expensive those rolls. I don't like much the Idly that more sour. No dinne-in. Only they offer take away.

It's hard to find montreal-quality food on the south shore. Most places are disappointing at best, or overpriced & disappointing at worst. Luckily, Thanjai is one of the few spots with actually decent tasting food. The prices are pretty reasonable, too. Strongly recommend the Kothu Parotta, Samosas, Butter Chicken, The Califlower dish who's name I forget, the Chili Chicken, the Honey Ginger Chicken
