Terrible! We came to get some pad Thai & general tao & they tasted so off. Super spicy for a medium. & the cook looked inappropriately at my wife… better off at the Boustan!

My friend & I have been going to this Thai Express on Wednesday nights after Church for a while. Sometimes we arrive almost at closing but we are always served kindly by a man named Akash. He always makes our food with much care & is very generous with the portions! Never had a bad experience! The General Tao is great & also the vegetarian options are great also!

Ce restaurant est situé à côté de l'hôpital Jewish. Je cherchais une soupe pour mon père, son dernier vrai repas, & j'ai gentiment demandé à l'employé s'il pouvait hacher en mini morceaux les ingrédients pour ne pas que mon père s'étouffe. Il a accepté avec délicatesse. Je suis revenue à deux reprises pour m'alimenter pendant que mon père est en soins palliatifs, & à chaque fois, les employés étaient calmes, compréhensifs & patients. Le lieu était propre & la nourriture parfaitement cuite (pour un fast-food). Merci du fond du coeu

I only gave the atmosphere a three because there's never anyone really there but I also see after people leave from their table the cashier goes to clean up the space entire from top to bottom. Everything is perfect imo.

I ordered through skip their'Thairacha' poutine. It was very good but there was no cheese inside. It was expensive too for the portion received.

Le serveur s'est automatiquement ajouté un tips de 18% !! Bien que c'est la culture, le tip n'est pas obligatoire & tant bien même la décision finale revient au client! Je n'avais même pas la possibilité de le retirer.

We order from them at least once or twice a week on Uber. Both the PadThai & Pad See Ew are amazing! Whenever we do decide to go pick up in person, we always receive a warm & friendly service.

Cooking quality is not consistent. One day can be okay, & another day not okay. This is a franchise, so cooking quality can vary by location. Overall the food is Mediocre at best.

They wouldn't let me PAY for extra Chinese brocolli. First time I couldn't pay for something I wanted because "they didn't have enough" for the whole day. Food was 100% though, wish I had more Chinese brocolli, but it was really good either way.

I really like Thai Express, but the cook in this Thai Express does the Pad Sew... that it is, unfortunately, really not my taste, it really doesn't taste like in all those other Thai Express I go. & I've went there 10x before leaving this review... & every time it the taste of the Pad Sew is poor. However, the majority of time people over there are nice.

I ordered twice & each time was a delightful experience. The packaging was excellent, ensuring the food arrived hot & fresh. The portions were generous, & my order of general Thairacha, Tom yum soup, & fried dumplings was delicious.
I highly recommend trying their hot sauce – it adds the perfect kick to the already fantastic flavors!
