Very friendly, excellent customer service. They ran out of my favorite flavor. The guy made recommendations & then told me which ones taste better with the milks that I am not allergic to. Cannot recommend enough

I love the brown sugar milk tea or mango green tea as refresher, they always have the best staff & is the only place open all night for bubble tea couldn't live without it

Nous avons pris deux bubble tea au brown sugar : le goût était très bon & bien équilibré, mais il y avait un peu trop de glaçons, ce qui diluait un peu la boisson. Dommage, car sinon c'était vraiment agréable & le service rapide.

There's no shortage of bubble tea spots in Chinatown, each with its own twist. But I've got to say, this particular tea shop is a standout. It's not just about the delicious bubble tea recipes (which are amazing, by the way). It's also about the heart behind it. Alex, the owner, really takes the time to chat with his customers & make sure they're loving every sip. You can tell he's put a lot of care into choosing top-quality ingredients, which really sets this place apart. So if you're in Chinatown, do yourself a favor & try this one first!
