I am really sad to give this restaurant a rating of 3 & I do it with a heavy heart, but I can't see how service level in our favorite place is getting destroyed by recent changes in staff. I've been ordering here almost every Friday for a year & everything worked like clockwork: the orders were fast, fresh, & accurate. Since recently, some pretentious lazy quebecoise was hired to replace him & since that everything goes off the rails. In our last 4 orders, there was always something wrong about it: lacked an item, entirely someone else's order, lacked chopsticks/soy sauce. Wait times got much longer. St.Valentines day was the worst. We were waiting 2.5 hours for our order while sitting in there. Apparently a part of that time the order was sitting right between me & the cashier who didn't even bother checking. Moreover, when I politely asked her if my order is ready, she was extremely rude to me & yelled at me. Then a colleague of her's approached, checked a few orders & found ours. When we finally arrived at home, we realized that the soup I ordered was missing, a sauce, & chopsticks were missing as well. Today was our last time ordering there as we had to wait again for half an hour because they forgot to cook one item. It's a pity, we really loved ordering here, but I value my time & nerve cells - they are not replaceable.

Je commande régulièrement chez Tayio Express, autant en personne que sur UberEats.

Aucun commentaire négatif concernant ce restaurant ! Simplement wow !

Je commande pour moi, la pokebol au saumon avec extra goberge sur salade. Pour mon conjoint, une pokebol au poulet général tao sur salade. Les bouches de fromages frits avec leurs petites sauces à la mangue qui est tellement délicieuse 🤤.

Les saveurs, les quantités, la fraîcheur des produits, le respect des modifications demandés, le service client ! Le tout est exercé avec excellence.

Vu le nombre de client, il faut parfois attendre un peu plus pour recevoir sa commande, mais cela en vaut DÉFINITIVEMENT l'attente ! 💫

Je recommande à tous ! Tayio express, est sans hésitation : le meilleur restaurant de sushi sur la rive-sud 🤩
