Client fidèle depuis plusieurs années, j'en suis à ma 93e commande uniquement sur Uber Eats, sans compter mes visites sur place & mes commandes via DoorDash & Skip.Malheureusement, mon expérience récente aujourd'hui avec l'employé nommé Adlene a été inadmissible. Son service client est médiocre & irrespectueux. Il ne respecte absolument pas l'ordre d'arrivée des clients, applique une gestion des priorités totalement injuste, & fait preuve de favoritisme ainsi que de délit de faciès. C'est un manque total de professionnalisme, d'organisation & de formation.Pourquoi continuer à payer un commerce qui ne valorise pas notre présence & notre fidélité ?Bien que je comprenne que le restaurant subisse une forte pression du jeudi au dimanche, cela ne justifie en rien la maltraitance des clients. La direction devrait sérieusement envisager d'agrandir l'équipe durant les week-ends pour éviter ce genre de dérive, mais surtout recadrer cet employé. Très déçu.

Ça fait longtemps que je cherchais un bon tacos, & je ne l'avais jamais trouvé jusqu'à aujourd'hui chez eux. C'est vraiment trop bon & délicieux ! Je le recommande à 1000 %. En plus, les prix sont vraiment très raisonnables.

Très gros respect à l'équipe de Tacos Nation. J'avais eu un petit souci avec une commande & leur service à la clientèle a été exceptionnel du début à la fin.

Ils ont pris le temps de vérifier la situation, de me contacter directement, de s'excuser & même de proposer un remboursement ainsi qu'un repas gratuit. Ça montre vraiment qu'ils prennent leurs clients au sérieux & qu'ils veulent offrir la meilleure expérience possible.

Des erreurs peuvent arriver partout, mais le professionnalisme & la façon dont ils ont géré la situation méritent largement les 5 étoiles. Merci encore à toute l'équipe 🙌
