I was just passing by & really needed to use a washroom. I passed by here, their washroom looked open, no sign that it's for customers only, & there were none of the servers there at that moment to ask for permission. So I used it & when I came back the guy confronted me so rudely like why you used our washroom it's for customers. I said I can buy something then he gestured me with his hand in a very rude manner like go away. I was considering getting something actually but with this behaviour I will never approach them ever again.

I had such a genuinely lovely experience with Tacos Nation, & I feel like it deserves to be shared.
Last week there was a small issue with my order, & what stood out to me wasn't the mistake-but the way it was handled. Youssef, the owner, went above & beyond to make things right with so much kindness, care, & integrity. That kind of energy matters, & you can feel it in the space & in the food.
I came back & tried the Tacos Du Bled, & wow-absolutely delicious. It's less of a traditional taco & more like a perfectly grilled, panini-style wrap filled with caramelized onions, brie cheese, ground beef, fries… just rich, comforting, & incredibly satisfying. It also came with fries & a drink, which made it feel like a full, generous meal.
But the real standout for me was the dessert. Youssef recommended their layered crispy crepe cake, & I went with the Biscoff version-thin, delicate layers stacked with creamy filling, topped with strawberries & Biscoff sauce. It was honestly one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. They also have a Dubai chocolate version that I'm definitely coming back to try.
What I appreciate most is that this is a place run with heart. The food is thoughtful, the portions are generous, & the service is rooted in care. You can tell they're really trying-& that deserves support.
If you're looking to try something different, comforting, & made with intention, I'd definitely recommend giving Tacos Nation a visit while in Montreal! Bon Appetite!
Sans aucun doute le meilleur tacos lyonnais que j'ai testé à Montréal ! Les portions sont très généreuses & les ingrédients sont très qualitatifs. Tout est savoureux & parfaitement préparé. Je recommande vivement, & je souhaite une excellente continuation à toute l'équipe.
J'ajoute aussi une mention spéciale pour l'accueil : même lors d'un passage rapide où j'étais simplement venue acheter une bouteille d'eau pour utiliser les sanitaires, le monsieur à l'accueil a été d'une grande gentillesse, très respectueux & accueillant. Ça fait toute la différence !
