After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, amongst other food allergies and intolerances, my passion for baking became an obsession! I created my own recipes and gluten free flour blends to be able to recreate my favorite foods and baked goods. I have dedicated my life to sharing my creations with our Gluten Free Community. We are a market leader in gluten free products, constantly evolving and perfecting our recipes. I am proud to offer our customers a wide range of Gluten free baked products as well as Cake and Baking mixes to make in the comfort of your own home.

From desserts, to breads, pizza and more, we create superb gluten free equivalents to all our favorite recipes. And honestly…most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. They’re THAT good!!!

Best gluten free place I know of on the south shore. Everything I have gotten there was delicious. The desserts here dont taste or look gluten free but they are. They are beautiful! 10/10 would recommend even to non-gluten free people! The services is always the best too. Thank you for making me feel like i dont have a gluten allergy. The frozen chicken dumplings are to die for! Frozen desserts are excellent too. The pasta section is also on point.

Belle place, les pâtisseries sans gluten sont super bonnes. Nous avons goûté à l'éclair aux framboises (délicieux!) & le cannoli aux pistaches. Ces deux pâtisseries se vendaient au coût de 7$ & 9$. Il y a une section épicerie de produits sans gluten. Il y avait aussi quelques produits que je n'avais jamais vu ailleurs! Certaines personnes trouvent que les prix sont trop élevés. C'est peut-être vrai, mais au final, les produits sans gluten sont toujours très chers. Le total pour les produits dans la photo se chiffre à 115$. Le coût des pâtisseries maison se rapprochent du coût des autres pâtisseries sans gluten au Québec & aux USA. Pour moi, la consommation de ce type d'aliments est plus occasionnel. Je me permet alors de payer ces desserts quelques fois par année sans me priver! Je suis bien contente de voir une pâtisserie sans gluten voir le jour dans ce coin!
