After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, amongst other food allergies and intolerances, my passion for baking became an obsession! I created my own recipes and gluten free flour blends to be able to recreate my favorite foods and baked goods. I have dedicated my life to sharing my creations with our Gluten Free Community. We are a market leader in gluten free products, constantly evolving and perfecting our recipes. I am proud to offer our customers a wide range of Gluten free baked products as well as Cake and Baking mixes to make in the comfort of your own home.

From desserts, to breads, pizza and more, we create superb gluten free equivalents to all our favorite recipes. And honestly…most of us wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. They’re THAT good!!!

Quelle belle boutique! C'est vraiment spéciale d'avoir une épicerie où je n'ai aucun souci pour le gluten, & la sélection est excellente. Lors de notre visite il y avait une dégustation de gnocchi & pâtes, & le gnocchi était tellement bon qu'on a acheté un paquet, & la madame qui cuisinait a donné à mon chum sa recette pour la friteuse à l'air (on l'a essayé quelques jours après & c'était délicieux!) Nous avons aussi essayer les queues de castors sans gluten, & c'était la première fois que mon chum a essayer. un. Il les a vraiment aimé, & moi aussi! Ça vaut vraiment la peine de faire la visite ici.
