Randomly came across this place while travelling & so glad we stopped in!! Typically weary of eating sushi on road trips through smaller towns but this place was excellent.

We had an assortment of suhi types including sashimi, nigiri, maki's etc. All were fantastic… but the unagi nigiri & anaconda roll were on another level. The anaconda was like nothing I've ever had!

Highly recommended!!

Will definitely be back again if passing through this area while they're open.

Very nice place. So simple. Delicious food. Better than any sushi I ever ate in Montreal. The service is super fast. The food has real taste. The size of the sushi is so well made. The soy sauce is homemade & delicious. The wasabi was really good. Every bite was a dream. I would definitely return. Highly recommend it. Also the prices are affordable & great.

I love sushi & I've never had any issues with their food. I have previously only ordered takeout & was pretty happy with it. They're affordable & fresh. They no longer have the wok menu, so there's only a handful of non-raw things you can eat. (Sorry dad)

They are mainly a takeout restaurant. I would advise against eating in. I think it would best if the restaurant just stopped serving dine in & put more seating for people waiting for their take out.

We reserved for my son's birthday & when we got there, no table. We waited 30minutes. They can only seat 12 people in the whole place. They can take your reservation but they won't hold it for you even if you get there on time.

Once seated, you will get zero service. They bring you the food. That's it. They put water on your table. I dont even know if they even have tea. They do not have a wait staff.

As mentioned, the food is good. Standard sushi but fresh. They were only 2 people making sushi & it was long. They did ask us to order while we waited for our table which cut down on the wait time for food.

This was possibly one of my preferred take out sushi places, but the dine-in experience left a sour note. We will not be going back.

Very few tables inside but the sushi was very good. One thing I could mention is that making the rolls smaller would make it easier to pick up with chop sticks & eat.

Sushi is presented well & is tasty.

Très belle découverte chez Sushi Yuu ! Les sushis sont frais, bien présentés & préparés avec soin. Le menu est varié, avec plusieurs options végétariennes & des combinaisons originales. Le service était rapide & poli, & l'ambiance du restaurant est calme & agréable.

Petit point à améliorer : certaines portions pourraient être un peu plus généreuses pour le prix. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent endroit pour déguster de bons sushis sans se ruiner.

Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Had a great conversation with the staff to put together a takeout order for 8 persons that was excellent quality & variety by following their suggestions!
Also the best, most original & creative presentation I have ever seen with the platters!
