We ordered for next day delivery 2 big boxes of the apero platter, 42 pcs & the family 46 pcs. Even though the food arrived at the time we requested, the ones with rice were not sticky, we could not hold one piece without falling from the chopsticks. It seemed like they prepared it the night before. It was awful & we had to throw them all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Je voulais vous partager mon expérience de Sushi Taxi. Après un an à ne plus ramasser de sushis chez Sushi Taxi, nous avons décidé d'y revenir & de donner à nouveau la chance aux Maki folie & quelle déception encore, les sushis n'étaient pas frais, étaient mal roulés & se défaisaient. Après avoir goûté à celui au thon, le thon était douteux. J'ai eu très peur d'être malade. Bref une expérience à oublier & définitivement je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans ce resto.
Depuis plus de 10 ans, & un peu partout (en ville ou en région) je vais chez Sushi Taxi pour la qualité de leur menu!! De plus, j'ai toujours trouvé le personnel très accueillant & serviable. 👍😋🙏
Très déçue de mon expérience chez Sushi Taxi. J'ai payé près de 50 $ pour moins de 20 morceaux, ce qui est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité offerte. Les sushis n'avaient presque aucun goût. Le saumon était fade & le crabe n'était vraiment pas bon. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à des ingrédients frais & savoureux, mais ce n'était pas du tout le cas.
I took my daughter to try the viral Sushi Pops, expecting a fun dinner, but the cashier completely ruined the experience with her rude & aggressive attitude.
After handing me my takeout order in an unfriendly manner, I simply asked if it came with ginger & wasabi. She replied,'No.' I asked why she hadn't mentioned that before, & she said,'You need to ask.'
I explained that at most sushi restaurants, sushi is normally served with soy sauce, ginger, & wasabi unless customers are told otherwise. She then stared at me with wide, aggressive eyes & said,'Do I look like a chef or someone working in the kitchen?' I replied,'No, but you should know how to speak to customers professionally & respectfully.'
When I asked to buy the ginger & wasabi, she made me wait while serving another customer before taking my payment. Her attitude was completely unacceptable & she seriously needs customer service training.
The disappointment continued when we got home. Both Sushi Pops, which cost over $22 each plus tax, were only about half full. The portions were smaller than a regular California roll, yet much more expensive. The quality & taste were also very poor. On top of that, I was charged $3.68 for a tiny portion of ginger & wasabi & over $2 for a small spoon of spicy mayo.
This was one of the worst sushi experiences I've ever had. Poor customer service, overpriced food, tiny portions, & disappointing quality. I will never return & would not recommend this restaurant.
Les sushis végétariens sont excellents, originaux, frais & recherchés. La présentation des sushis & le joli emballage ecoresponsable ajoute à l'expérience. Je recommande!
