J'ai même eu une expérience très positive lors d'une erreur dans une commande à emporter : un simple appel a suffi, & Stéphanie a immédiatement reconnu l'erreur & m'a offert une compensation parfaitement adéquate. Voilà un exemple d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Merci à toute l'équipe !

The quality of the sushi & poke bowls offered at Sushi Shop Saint-Rémi is truly excellent. The service is consistently reliable & fast. The staff is very friendly, efficient, & exceptionally polite.
I also had a very positive experience when there was a small mistake with a takeout order. A quick phone call was all it took-Stéphanie immediately acknowledged the error & offered a perfectly appropriate compensation. This is a great example of outstanding customer service.
