Bonjour,

Je suis venue jeudi pour récupérer une commande en ligne de deux pizzas (une pepperoni & une all-dressed), annoncée prête pour 16 h 45.

À mon arrivée, on m'a indiqué que l'attente serait courte, mais à 17 h je n'avais toujours rien reçu. Vers 17 h 15, une pizza m'a été apportée, mais elle ne correspondait pas à ma commande & ne correspondait pas non plus à celle d'un autre client présent. Vers 17 h 30, on m'a de nouveau présenté la même pizza en m'indiquant qu'il s'agissait de ma commande, avant de m'informer finalement que celle-ci avait été perdue.

J'ai quitté le restaurant à 17 h 45 sans avoir reçu ma commande. L'attente a été très longue & le service semblait désorganisé, malgré une faible affluence.

Tout au long de la situation, la personne en charge paraissait très désorganisée & agitée, ce qui a contribué à rendre l'expérience inconfortable.

Je suis déçue de cette expérience, que j'estime être la pire que j'ai eue chez vous, & j'espère que vous pourrez vérifier ce qui s'est passé afin d'éviter que cela ne se reproduise.

Si on paie pour 20 pepittes de poulet alors on en veut 20… pas juste 11 vrais morceaux avec 9 autres mini morceaux de panure sans aucun poulet… c'est ridicule, ca n'a aucune ressemblance aux photos du menu, je me sens arnaqué raide!!!
