Absolutely terrible, dishonest, & low-quality place.
Rude staff, awful service, & no respect for customers. They consistently mislead & cheat their clients, & the quality of the food is horrible. This place is a complete disappointment & should be avoided at all costs.

This place is an absolute disgrace & I strongly recommend avoiding it.
The service at this sushi shop on Newman Boulevard in Lasalle has been consistently terrible, & this last visit was the final straw.
I ordered three types of rolls & politely asked to have them split into two boxes. Instead of simply doing her job, the staff member mocked me. She made a sarcastic comment asking if I'had another daughter I wanted to share with,' & then admitted that she always jokes like that with customers who ask for two boxes. This is not humor - it's rude, humiliating, & completely unprofessional.
The dishonesty doesn't stop there. The sushi rolls are much smaller than normal size, clearly reduced on purpose. They also intentionally leave out the wasabi & ginger & then make excuses, claiming they'thought I didn't want it.' This has happened multiple times - it's not a mistake, it's a pattern.
Rude staff, dishonest practices, zero respect for customers, & consistently awful service.
I will never return, & I strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

tu pay 50% plus chèr que les autre resto a sushi, & il te donne une pointe déguille de wazabee just assé pour un sushi seulement wow. jamais été capable d'avoir la ligne avec quelqun en 1 heure toujours engagé. & on peu pas dire que sétais super frais.

I stopped in for a bubble tea but ended up getting some sushi cuz the lady making them behind the counter made them look so good for the customer before me & she was so kind & friendly. The bubble tea was great & the sushi was excellent but the lady making them was amazing. The only downside is the young girl at the cash was not the best at hospitality

The staff is consistently friendly & organized, making each pickup smooth & timely. They take great care in preparing orders, ensuring that everything is packaged well & ready for a quick & safe delivery. Their commitment to maintaining high standards of quality & service is evident, & it makes my job much easier. I highly recommend sushi shop not just for their delicious food, but for their excellent operational practices & courteous team. Miss LEE is very generous & friendly. She welcomes everyone with beautiful smile. Another workers are also very nice & gracious.

I'm a big fan of all Sushi Shop products with sweet potatoes. Tonight the sweet potatoes were not fresh, the sushi pizza was not crispy & tasted of old oil & tempura shrimp as well. Sorry but I won't be coming back here.

Je suis un peu déçus. J'ai commander 4 fois chez vous a partir de uber eat & 3 sur 4 il manquait quelque chose. 2 fois jai commander du kimchi jamais recu. Si vous en avez pas pourquoi le laisser sur le menu du uber eat. Derniere fois que je commandr chez vous.

I picked up from here basically at closing time. The person making the sushi & preparing the order clearly looked overworked. She was professional, courteous, & we were very happy with the food she prepared.

By far the best sushi shop in Lasalle. They have never failed to deliver fresh food. Their Blossom Teriyaki & Blossom Volcano are staples for me. SO GOOD. I am very picky with fish & I am quite shocked to read other reviews here, but for me their fish was always fresh, no weird aftertaste or anything & very tasty, great presentation. Delivery can take long via Uber Eats tho, so I suggest to order 45-50 min before so that you're not dying of hunger. They have 2 for 1 deals often so it's a great deal! I went there in-person as well before & the place is actually squeaky clean.

J'ai fait une commande sur le site de sushi shop pour emporter. Je suis arrivé la à succursale a l'heure prévu sauf que j'ai du attendre 45 minutes & demander remboursement avant que ma commande commence être préparée .. Trop de commande prise pour la capacité des 2 employés . 1 heure d'attente . Le service est médiocre . Aucun bonjour aucun sourire. Sushi bon mais sans plus. Ma soupe était glacée même pas réchauffé . Je ne recommande pas aller ailleurs !
