Malgré que la nourriture soit bonne, le service pour emporter est juste épouvantable. Incapable de respecter les heures de pick up, oubli toujours 30% de la commande, ne s'excuse jamais ou encore pire, te font sentir que c'est ton erreur. & pour ajouter traite leur personnel avec condescendance, nous sommes 6 personnes a des dates différentes ayant été témoin d'une pauvre jeune fille en larme, celle qui prend les commandes, à force de se faire rabaisser par le propriétaire, qui semble être le chef en cuisine. J'ai même essayé de lui parler face à une situation inacceptable & il a juste arrêté de me parler & raccrocher. Je ne commanderai plus JAMAIS à ce restaurant & c'est brin dommage, car j'étais une cliente qui commandait au mois 3 fois par mois depuis 4 ans

C'est 2 déceptions en 2. Je prends toujours des plateaux quand je commande pour emporter. Normalement c'est toujours bon. Je vis toujours une certaine expérience que j'apprécie... sauf chez Sushi Sento. Ma dernière expérience : Il devait y avoir du navet mariné en spécial parce que pratiquement tous les morceaux en contenaient. & très peu de morceaux avec du poisson frais non cuit. OK j'avais demandé pas de concombre. Faut quand même pas exagérer sur le navet... Normalement les restaurateurs compensent avec plus d'avocat ce que j'apprécie. Au prix que coûtent les sushis en 2024, nous irons ailleurs.
