About

Sukiyaki serves an authentic selection of traditional Japanese noodle dishes focused on the craft of ramen preparation. The menu features rich, slow-simmered broths paired with firm alkaline noodles and a variety of carefully prepared toppings like marinated pork belly, soft-boiled eggs, and crisp bamboo shoots. Patrons encounter a specialized culinary environment dedicated to the preparation of hot, savory soups served in generous portions. The kitchen maintains rigorous standards for seasoning and noodle texture to ensure consistency across every bowl delivered to the table. This establishment prioritizes the fundamentals of Japanese soup culture by balancing deep umami profiles with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The dining space is designed to highlight the functional aspects of ramen consumption in a streamlined setting that emphasizes efficiency and focused enjoyment of the primary culinary offerings.

Review Summary

Reviews for Sukiyaki are mixed, highlighting that while the takoyaki can be a satisfying and filling side dish for a quick meal, the quality is often perceived as industrial rather than authentic, with some diners noting that the actual presentation and taste do not consistently meet expectations compared to traditional Japanese cuisine.

The takoyaki brooooooo. It was like $10 for 6 pieces & it was amazing. It's a side dish but I'm telling you, I was big after I finished them.

Ne rend absolument pas comme sur les photos & à un goût très moyen, pas à la hauteur de la nourriture japonaise. En bref, à éviter.

Sadly the last time I'll come to any sukiyaki… been coming for years but portions keep getting smaller as price keeps going up. It's now 20$ for a small plate half full. Also meat quality is uneatable… full of nerves & crunchy parts. Absolutely disgusting. I threw my plate away after eating 1/4 of it. Never again.

Le bouillon de la soupe aux nouilles de riz & boeuf est hyper salé. Presque pas de nouilles. Serveur non souriant.

Excellent choix santé, rapide & copieux dans le centre commercial. Le tofu est cuit à la perfection!
