Les services était très bien .La nourriture était correct pour une cabane à sucre traditionnelle & en quantité parfaite.la tire était bonne .Un point serai à améliorer pour éviter des attentes inutile à la billetterie , lorsque l'on a fait son achat par internet & payer son billet on ne devrait pas encore attendre en ligne à la suite des gens qui achète leur billet à la cabane .

En réservant au téléphone, j' ai trouvé la personne courtoise & à l' écoute. Sur place, j' ai attendu longtemps, on me disait que je n' avais plus la salle qu' on m' avait promise. Finalement, on me conduit à la salle. J' essaie de décorer pour un anniversaire & je dois laver moi- même les tables. La vaisselle est montée, sur des nappes sales. On n' apporte jamais suffisamment de nourriture donc, la serveuse doit aller & venir. Pour le prix(cher,) on s' est senti qu' on quémandait. La serveuse apporte tous les desserts, on mange & 10 minutes plus tard, on vient chanter bonne fête à ma fille. En retard?Les personnes au bout de la table sont dans un courant d' air incroyable & mangent avec leur manteau. Houlala, une chance qu' il y a beaucoup d' activités à l' extérieur, car pour la partie repas... la nourriture était bonne, mais pour placer les gens, le service & la propreté, c'est à revoir. Dommage. En.plus du monsieur qui a traversé 4 fois la salle avec son diable & un baril de sirop pour aller je ne sais où...
Points forts: Nourriture excellente, ambiance chaleureuse, vaste stationnement exempt de bouette, personnel courtois & toutes les activités organisés pour les enfants (bien que les nôtres sont des adultes maintenant nous sommes certains que les plus jeunes apprécient) .
Points faibles: La date d'échéance fixée au 19 mars apparaissant sur votre site internet pour le rabais de 10% mais qui, se votre caissière, aurait pu être encore attribué lors de notre réservation en ligne ... faudrait modifié votre site non? Nous aurions sans doute profité de cet incitatif sans cette mention de date échue lors de notre réservation en ligne. Deuxième point faible & bien que nous comprenons l'achalandage de ces temps-ci, la propreté des salles de bain (tant qu'hommes que femmes) laisse grandement à désirer. Juste l'ajout de petites poubelles dans les toilettes individuelles des femmes contribuerait grandement à améliorer la situation.
1st of all, it's not true that all the activities are included in the price. The axe throwing, the make-up & balloons sculpter is all extra. For the price you pay, you get to see a extra mini farm (they should be ashamed of themselves to call that a farm. It's basically an closed fence with 5 animals.) a small play area for kids & extremely long wait for your table. We had a reservation at 1pm & we sat at 2:15pm. Never that I had to wait this long in other sugar shacks. I have to say the food was good but the service wasn't too great . 1 waiter (very friendly young man, he's the reason why I gave 2 stars) for the entire table. On our table it was our big group (over 20) & another small group. He would bring the food at both ends of the table & the people in the middle (mostly our group) would get their food a good 10-15 minutes after. Also when it came to the dessert, no pancakes. I asked our waiter for the pancakes & he answers me "You want some?" Duh!!! You would think he would bring some pancakes for the entire table, nope! Two little pancakes just to me. I would not recommend this Sugar Shack. Too expensive for what you get!
Service rapide & chaleureux. la nourriture était bonne. Le seul points négatif est que tous les ustensiles de notre table étaient sales. On nous les a changés. Cela fait deux fois que j'y vais & je suis satisfaite.
C'etait ma 3e visite & j'ai été malheureusement un peu déçu. Le service n'était pas vraiment le meilleur. Quelques oublis & relativement lent compte tenu que c'était un dimanche soir tranquil. Autre bémole, nous avons seulement eu comme dessert de la tarte au sucre, aucun autre choix. Sinon tout le reste était très bon.
