J'ai bien apprécié, la nourriture était très bonne & le service était excellent & rapide. Par contre, nous sommes aller en semaine & il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Alors, je ne sais pas comment ça se passe lors de journée achalandé.
Belle ambiance, bonne bouffe! À proximité de l'autoroute 15 & l'emplacement est formidable. Bon service, mini-fermette, jeux pour enfants, foyer extérieur, microbrasserie, menu adapté pour les allergies & intolérances).
They were very slow on our table , people next to us came after us got surved before us ! They told us that there was a Soutrage of crepes ! The table next to us got them ! We're not impressed with the service ! Not worth 40$

Staff was kind, helpful, professional & did their best considering the obvious lack of staff. The food was good but cold. The ambiance was very nice & we enjoyed it.

Bonne représentation d'une cabane à sucre. Bonne bouffe & bien apprécié la tire sur la neige. Nous étions 6 avec un jeune enfant. Plusieurs familles avec de jeunes enfants. Joyeuse ambiance !
We reserved in advance for party of 7 including 3 little kids at 11AM. We waited in line for about 45 minutes which feels like forever when you have hangry toddlers.... They really need to fix this part of the experience. It is so chaotic & just spoke to a friend who had reservations at 2PM & still were not seated by 3:20PM so they left!!! I would recommend having different lines for the different time slots because your stuck in a line with people that have different reservation times with not a lot of room to move or tell whoever is in charge what time you booked for. Just plain chaos....
Food: I enjoyed it & it was better than many of the other sugar shacks I've been to, HOWEVER, I would have loved bacon & did miss it. The desserts were REALLY good.
Service: We lucked out & got really great waitresses. They were quick & friendly. We didn't feel rushed to leave or pay.
The grounds: It was beautiful & more modern compared to what we've been to before. They had a small playground, slides, & an indoor farm. We saw the tractor ride but it was too cold so we skipped it.
Overall, we had a great time minus the wait at the beginning. I don't think we will be back mainly because of this reason. Waiting 45/1hour/1h30 possibly more is ridiculous especially with young kids. If they can fix this & maybe not over reserve, I'd go back.
Very noisy, poor service, coffee machine was broken so we didn't get any, & waited 20min before we could flag down a server to bring us dessert (when we finally got the desserts, we weren't given enough for our whole party & had to share very small portions). The animals & outdoor activities for kids were a nice touch, but not enough to make up for the over all negative experience we had there. Will not be returning.
