Had a great time. Food was very good. Steak cooked perfectly. A service mistake lead to half our table being served 10 mins before the others. That should never have happened. My husband was very hungry upon arrival so he asked if he could have the fries ahead of time ( we had placed our orders) , once done the little bowl of fries he shared with the table, he asked for another. He was told they would charge him 3$. Lol. Are the fries free or not?! My sides arrived 10 min before my delayed steak's arrival....no no no, I had to suggest that getting them at the same time as my steak would be more appropriate. I think for those hassles alone we should have been compensated with something.
Employés très courtois & gentils, nourriture excellente, par contre nous aurions aimé que la serveuse nous offre du pain. Les toilettes auraient besoin de nettoyage pendant la soirée. Si vous manquez d'employés, mettez une poubelle plus grande afin que les papiers bruns ne se retrouvent sur le plancher. Il faudrait aussi laver la toilette au moins 2 fois dans la soirée & réparer la toilette brisée le plus rapidement possible. Tirer sur le truc jaune, pas très hygiénique!

Quand nous allons à Laval, nous allons toujours souper au Steak Frites. Quand il a eu un resto Steak Frites à Gatineau, nous sommes allés seulement 1 fois car le steak n'avais pas été cuit à notre satisfaction & le service pourri. Nous avions une réservation à 18h & sommes sorti à 23h.
Au Steak Frites de Laval, le steak est toujours à notre satisfaction & le service est excellent.

Le service était long, & aussi les plats se sont mélangés & la moitié de la table n'avait pas reçu sa commande à même temps que l'autre moitié. On a du demander de frites & du pain car on avait faim.
