Skipped tim hortons thinking they make better coffee & service is usually fast, turns out i had to wait 27 minutes to get coffee because if you order it from mobile to skip line they make you wait extra long & you get zero sugar in your latte even if you didn't ask for it. Expensive way to find out that this location is not worth it, if your reading this save your time & mental energy

Expérience très décevante.

À plusieurs reprises, je suis passée à cette succursale vers 16 h & le service était extrêmement lent. Ce qui m'a surtout frappée, c'est qu'il semblait n'y avoir que deux employés sur le plancher pour gérer en même temps les commandes au service à l'auto, la caisse & la préparation des boissons. Ce n'est tout simplement pas suffisant pour le volume de clients à cette heure-là.

Le résultat est prévisible : longues attentes, erreurs dans les commandes & une ambiance où tout le monde semble débordé. Je ne blâme pas les employés, qui faisaient de leur mieux malgré la situation. Le problème semble plutôt venir d'un manque de personnel ou d'une mauvaise organisation.

C'est dommage, parce que cette succursale pourrait offrir une bien meilleure expérience si elle était mieux préparée pour les heures de pointe. En l'état actuel, je préfère aller dans un autre Starbucks.

Im adding an edit to this review because the team is super sweet here! I've been twice in the past 2 weeks & the lady at the cask (I think the manager) is always so nice & makes your day! The staff looks happy here, even when it's super busy which is seems to always be. An amazing team worth all 5 stars!

Staff is nice service pretty fast. I was hoping to buy an item from their spring collection but I was explained apparently this is a flagship store or something along those lines so they only carry the regular merch such as the Canada/location mugs/cups not seasonal cups.

We had difficulty finding a clean table. Long wait for coffee. Staff highly focused on their individual tasks. Customer service has room for improvement!!

Very bad first experience will never come to this starbucks again The person making drink was not attended by his trainee & drink was not what I expected it.They should train their people first then put them to make drinks
