This is a great place for either a quick drink & bite, or a full dining experience. The restaurant can get fairly busy depending on what's going on in the hotel, so service can be slower, but completely understandable. The drink selection here is quite good & the bartenders are very personable & can make you practically anything. It creates such a welcoming environment when you want to experience something different - all the servers & bartenders are very friendly & accommodating. Habib was someone we looked forward to seeing every morning for breakfast & in the evening times for a night cap. He is a very personable, kind, & accomodating person & we couldn't thank him enough for his outstanding service. The atmosphere is great, especially on the busier nights. Many hockey fans will be out & about having a good time, which carries the vibe & atmosphere over from the Bell Centre to the restaurant & bar. I can see how for some that could spoil their time out, so definitely judge accordingly, especially if there is a home game or some other event happening.
The breakfast service is also very good! It was fast & friendly while the food itself was perfect to start the day. Portions can be large but vouchers or not, it's worth it. The avocado toast, grilled cheese, & eggs benedict were delicious! I loved seeing so many vegetarian options. This restaurant compliments the hotel very well, & I would highly recommend if you are staying in or nearby the hotel.

Extremely poor customer service, upon arrival, no one at the front for greetings, waited for almost 10 minutes before being greeted & assign a table. No waiter came to welcome us & ask how we are or talk us through the menu/recommendations , no waiter checked in to see if we were all good with our food… food presentation is pretty but taste was ok nothing spectacular or complex to the palate. For a restaurant in a hotel, had higher expectations for price to service & tastiness of food.
This restaurant is located inside the Sheraton & has a very comfortable setting. The servers were attentive & provided great service. The food was good & nicely presented.
The only downside was the portion size, which we found a bit small. It would be much better if the servings were slightly larger.
Also, since the dining area is right beside the hotel check-in lobby, it can get a little distracting. There were kids running around & people constantly walking by, which made the dining experience feel less private & a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, a pleasant place to dine with good service & food, but there is room for improvement in portion size & seating location.
We had breakfast at Stanley restaurant in the Sheraton hotel. The food & atmosphere were great. Our server Voula went above & beyond to make us feel at home & taken care of. She was amazing!

Had a lovely breakfast at Stanley, we were undecided on where to grab food & opted for an easy option in the hotel (Sheraton). The portions were perfect, the drip coffee was delicious, & the service was kind & thoughtful. Overall excellent experience & would highly recommend.

Les brunchs le week-end sont exquis! Belle variété de choix & belle présentation. Pas besoin d'être client de l'hôtel, c'est ouvert à tous! Le dj a mis une belle ambiance & le service était très courtois. J'y retourne assurément!
Excellent brunch du dimanche, magnifique restaurant de l'hôtel Sheraton au centre-ville, la vue sur les verrières est magnifique. Belle ambiance, nourriture excellente, bonne portion. J'aurais donné plus de 5 étoiles pour le service (10 étoiles ⭐️) serveur, amical, très professionnel. Vous devez essayer le breakfast martini, un excellent cocktail au gin avec une bulle dessus, une expérience en soi. À refaire, je le recommande fortement!!
Je me suis rendu au Stanley au matin (9h00) pour prendre un croissant. L'ambiance était calme. Ce restaurant est ouvert sur l'hotel, ce qui donne une impression d'un environnement très vaste. Peu cosy, le restaurant n'est pas très chaleureux, ce qui ne lui enlève pas son look "uppé". Mon hôte était avenant, souriant, hyper gentil! Il m'a servi avec courtoisie & respect! Il a veillé à m'offrir une table me permettant de glisser mon déambulateur tout près & m'a offert le café chaud dès qu'il constatait que ma tasse se faisait vide. Lorsque j'ai demandé papier & crayon (Ayant oublié mes effets pour le travail, dans ma chambre), les employés ont rapidement répondu à mes besoins. Le croissant aux amandes & chocolat était frais & gourmand. La frangipane était suffisamment généreuse, mais le bon goût de l'amande était éclipsé par celui du chocolat. Cette viennoiserie était très bonne, mais elle ne fut pas la meilleure que j'ai pu goûter. Trop sucrée! Le petit plateau de confitures & de gelées était satisfaisant & varié. Cela donnait un petit plus agréable à la tablée. Le café (noir) était goûteux, frais & bien dosé. Prévoyez cependant le budget si vous y faites un détour. Une petite douceur (croissant & café noir), dépassera les 10$ ( excluant les taxes & le pourboire). Pour les familles, ce n'est pas l'option qu'il vous faut, mais pour toute autre clientèle, ce tarif est dans la moyenne de tout autre café des environs! En résumé, le personnel sont de véritables perles, veillant à tout, sans être envahissants. Le service impeccable est ce qui donne envie de retourner s'y attabler. Le budget doit être conséquent, mais c'est une expérience qui, jumeler avec un séjour au Sheraton, mérite d'être vécu!
Le repas est bon & le service parfait. L'environnement du restaurant est juste bizarre. En plein milieu du hall d'un hotel. Pas de toilette à proximité. si non belle expérience à essayer une fois.

I've gone here two years in a row with my mum & I absolutely adore it. Both years I've gotten their ahi tuna poke bowl & if anything it's only gotten better. The staff are lovely & the general atmosphere is comforting. Definitely a higher end hotel restaurant, but you will not be disappointed. Lovely place to come at the end of a work day. Will definitely be returning
Situé dans l'hôtel Seraton au centre-ville de Montréal, le Stanley est une très belle révélation. L'endroit est bien décoré & éclairé. Le brunch forfait expérience à 53$ était de qualité & tout simplement délicieux. En plus, un DJ live est présent afin d'y ajouter une belle ambiance musicale.
In October I visited Montreal & spent my visit at the Sheraton Hotel. In the lobby lies The Stanley restaurant & bar. It's located on the ground floor just infront you of reception, you cant miss it. I came here with my mom for some late dinner. We were seated almost right away. Our waitress was very nice & quick with our orders & drinks. One thing we both noticed was that it was very dark inside, I'm 31 with great vision & I found it hard to see, my mom had to use her phone light. As it was dinner time & I just landed from flying I was rather hungry so I ordered a 6oz filet mignon, medium rare. It came just as I asked & was pretty good but was a bit cold however. With 2 drinks for myself the steak & my moms appetizer the bill was over $120. So don't expect this place to be cheap, it is in the Sheraton Hotel so I wouldn't expect any less. It is located in an area where a lot of the restaurants & bars nearby have the same median price for steak & drinks. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of my drinks or the food as the lighting was less than desirable.
I'm liking these concept resto bars in lobby hotels. Always people moving around, creates a nice vibe. Very good menu & great service! Nice spot to meet up before an event at the Bell.

Went for dinner Saturday Nov. 4th 2023. The food was ok but not worth the price. The service was courteous but very slow. The bar is probably the highlight of this restaurant. Unfortunately it's very loud & the ambiance is not the best as the restaurant takes place in the hotel lobby. All in all, not a place I would return to as you can enjoy a much better dining experience elsewhere in Montreal.
Really great experience for a hotel bar! The food was delicious. I had a tuna tartare one night & then a poke bowl for lunch the next day & the quality did not disappoint. Flavours were fresh & exciting. Love the atmosphere on a quiet meal period but sometimes it can get overwhelming with conferences & traffic in the area.
