Spicy Grille is a MUST if you are looking to dine on very tasty & authentic Indian foods. Our server brought us Papadum (Thin Crispy Bread) with Mango & Chutney sauces to dip into & nibble on while our orders were being prepared. The appetizers we started with consisted of one (1) serving of Fish Pakora (Fish dipped in gram flour & fried with herbs) & one (1) serving of Vegetable Pakora (Veggies dipped in gram flour & fried with herbs). For our main courses; which we all shared; we had two (2) servings of Garlic Naan Breads (6 pieces total) plus one (1) order each of Butter Chicken, Boneless Lamb & Eggplant - all prepared Medium Spicy which is hot enough for us. We brought a 6-pack of beer to add to the meal as it is a BYOB & beer is more appropriate for a meal like this than Wine. The food we ordered was the perfect amount for the three (3) of us who were dining & every dish was thoroughly enjoyed. Our server even left us a pitcher of water at the table.
I've been coming to SPICY GRILLE for more than 8 years & food quality price ratio is unbeatable in the West Island, try their Chicken Biriyani, Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, Naan, Garlic Rice, Chicken Madras Curry & of course their MANGO LASSI are superb 😋😋😋 PS: Get their GULAB JAMUN at the end they are to die for 😁
I went there after my hectic shift , i kept on waiting for 45 minutes , malayi kofta was very excellent but chicken tikka not good , too much oily & naan not at all crispy We support each other as we belong from same community thats giving you 5 stars but hoping this will not happen with anyone Plz do better this thing & the girl who served was nice , she knows we got frustrated , she gave us complimentary kheer , & salad
Not a lot of variety, but enough to fill your belly! Unlimited naan & butter chicken is enough for the cheap price for lunch. The food was amazing. The server was really kind.
My favorite Indian food in town , portion are good , quality is excellent, prices are up to date . Ordered 3 main dishes, the boneless lamb, well cooked , excellent tender meat ,tastee .butter Chicken , a veggie plate , 2 naan , 1 rice , mango Lassi . Total 65$ we were 2 & took lots of left over , very reasonable .Food 5* , the waitress 5* Bruke took it to the next level with the service making sure that everything was ok , super caring , the place is clean & welcoming.
Overall good experience not very great.. Butter chicken was mediocre, naan was freshly baked & tasted great, manchurian was crispy & tasty. Have to try their other dishes! Service was good..
I was told they have amazing food. We ordered chicken pakora, spring rolls & malai soya chap. Chicken pakora & spring rolls were really not tasty. Only malai soya chap was good. Very disappointed with the service , had to wait long for someone to come & take our order. When nobody came for long, we decided to leave. So service was really terrible.
I just discovered it & would totally recommend it to anyone! Service is very attentive & super friendly. Portions are big & prices are decent. Menu is extensive. The only weak point were salads. It is just chopped veggies without anything on top. Stick to traditional dishes. Chicken was the best, lamb chewy. I will go there again! Hope they keep this level of food & service!
