EXTREMELY disappointed by the lady who served me today. I usually order through doordash, a promotional bowl that's roughly $10 & then the driver fees etc, everything comes out to $20 or so. Today I decided to pick up the bowl, the lady serving me offered nan bread (which usually comes with the bowl when I order through doordash) I said sure & then she went to put it in the oven. I asked her when she returned if it was in fact included in the meal (if it wasn't, she should've specified it's an additional $X amount) & she said it wasn't. I told her I wasn't interested in taking it & she kept insisting that I do take it considering she had already put it in the oven... Somehow my meal came out to $21... I asked her how my meal cost more picking it up than when I order it through the app & she said that I didn't specify which size bowl I wanted therefore she gave me the larger one (which was the same amount of food as the promotional) I think she should've asked me which size bowl I wanted instead of assuming? Too much miscommunication, waste of money... I love the food but it's not worth paying so much more money. I do not work at Spicebros, I do not know what's an additional charge nor did I know about the different sizes & their price differences, I just wanted the promotional bowl that was on the door. She watched over me too as I paid to see if I was going to leave a tip... I did unfortunately...
My first time trying this place & i absolutely love it!! Amazing food very delicious & the potion is really generous The naan is fresh & made on the spot Highly recommended 😍
Nothing special about this Indian restaurant The food is not that good compared to most of Indian restaurant I visited The potatoes are old , the only good thing was fresh Nan bread
My experience was amazing I felt so welcomed & the costumer service was fantastic & the food was absolutely excellent I left so satisfied & can't wait to eat there again!!!!
Omg! I just had lunch at this place took a butterchicken bowl naan lassy mango drink & a samosa! They were all super delicious! Staff super friendly & generous! Absolutely loved it & omg the chai rose they have soooo delicious I even tried karak tea Absolutely comforting! Highly recommend this cosy spot!
Fast food Indien!!! Délicieux, un decor très sympathique! La bière Bro Brew accompagne à merveille le repas!! J'ai mis 4 étoiles sur ambiance & service simplement dû au fait que c'est justement un fast food! J'aimerais une succursale proche de chez moi!! Rive-Sud!!! So good!! Nov 2023: had the chicken burger but the strips were overcooked to a dark brown & the tandoori frankie roll's naan was a little burnt & was a little heavy on the raita. The tandoori is not as good as the spicy or butter chicken. Earlier 2023: the butter chicken, spicy chicken, & fish tacos were fantastic. 2020: Multiple deliveries: Frankie rolls & butter chicken poutine are always perfect.
Had ordered mix veg. through ubereats a few week ago, which surprisingly was really good, even my kids loved it. Was in the area yesterday so went directly to the store just for the mix veg. Not only it cost me more to buy directly from the store vs Ubereats (to which they pay a commission) but the dish itself was full of oil. Bit too much of oil. Hopefully it will be better next time.
