Calamari were nice & crispy. Portions were fair ! We ordered during rush hour & still received our meal within 25mins. Fresh & crispy. Nice to see that they've stayed consistent :) & with little tweaks done to the restaurant. Patio looks great & the new cardboard box with HOLES was greatly appreciated to prevent our calamari from getting soggy.
I eat here regularly & every time I order, the food is hot, fresh & the portions are big no matter what you order. The service is excellent & if by some fluke chance there is something wrong with the order which never happens, the staff is always there to make it wright. Thank you souvlaki authentic Ile Perrot. We have been ordering from this restaurant since it opened. On My last delivery order I discovered I Was charged $1.99 for delivery. When I phoned to place my order I was not informed that I would be charged. So I was charged $1.99 & I gave a nice tip to the driver. I am very disappointed with this charge & especially that they are not informing the clients when placing the order.
My husband & I ate here for our anniversary, very good food & the service was very nice. Jenna was our waitress, she was very polite, her food & drinks suggestions were good. Also really enjoyed the music play list
Nice Experience.... Ghe food & the taste brings me back to Greece!!! Only Reason i put 4 star on food is that in a Greek restaurant can't be missing the Moussaka.... Very bad guys!!! But for the rest.... Location & service are really good!!
Edit: food was bad tonight to my surprise, meat smelled way off & was all dry, had to throw my pita away, rice was half cooked, we've been getting less & less food also, not sure what happened but I can no longer recommend that place unfortunately Been getting takeout from this place for a while now, food is always perfect & well priced, one of the best restaurant in Pincourt
I have eaten at this restaurant numerous times & it has always been a great experience. This evening, however, I was served by Emily who proved to be hostile, rude & made the dining experience completely uncomfortable. She did not smile once, clean the table (we did it ourselves), dumped placemats & cutlery in front of us & seemed aggravated by everything we asked as if it were a personal inconvenience. We asked for a to-go box & she brought us the smallest box possible, followed by immediately slamming the bill onto the table with machine in hand. Going forward, I will not be dining here again if she is working. Wonderful food but did not enjoy the service whatsoever.
