Mon expérience avec Souvlaki Andi a malheureusement été décevante, surtout en ce qui concerne le service à la clientèle & le respect envers les livreurs. Presque à chaque visite, la commande n'est pas prête à l'arrivée & on nous demande d'attendre au moins 5 minutes, parfois beaucoup plus, sans explication ni excuse😏
Le manque d'organisation & de considération pour le temps des clients & des livreurs est évident
Ces retards répétés causent des problèmes dans notre travail & affectent négativement nos évaluations sur les applications de livraison
J'espère sincèrement que l'établissement améliorera sa gestion des commandes & son service, car le respect du temps est essentiel✌?.

Excellente poutine, une des meilleures à Montréal à mon avis. Le ratio sauce, frites & fromage est parfait. La sauce est vraiment délicieuse. Les pitas sont aussi excellent. Service rapide & toujours courtois.

La MEILLEURE poutine de Montréal !! La sauce est faite maison, elle n'est pas en poudre, les pommes de terre sont coupées le matin même & que dire du fromage ? Texture parfaite ! Ne fond pas trop & fait squic squic à profusion !! 😂
