I lived in Snowdon for 10 years & never went there until the last month because I had to leave the neighbourhood. It's pretty good. Maybe the best of its kind in the city & that's a big statement considering the other one.

Our second favorite of the three smoked meat spots we tried. The sandwich was tasty, meat was well done & lovely peppery flavor, & the matzo ball soup was delicious. The service was on the slow side, the staff's friendliness made up for it.
L'endroit est convivial pour les passants. Le smoke meet est très bon. Le service est bien aussi main en anglais la plupart. Les portions ne sont pas généreuses donc ca devient un peut cher à la fin.
I ordered the tongue sandwich with fries & was not impressed. The sandwich was served cold & lacked seasoning, which made it quite underwhelming. The fries, however, were good
Delicious smoked meat sandwich, I loved that it was not salty & rye bread was so fresh. Nice down to earth people. I will crave this sandwich when Im back in Ontario for sure & I'm not a sandwich or deli fan. Well done!
5 stars for Service & food! I didn't catch the name of the person who served me but he was so kind & patient with us, took the time to explain what things were. Helped us try some items & finally helped us bill. 100% would be back . The old fashioned smoked meat sandwich was on point !
