Je suis venue hier soir, le 12 aout & j'avais Élizabeth comme serveuse, excellent service!! Honnêtement j'ai rarement eu un aussi bon service dans ce restaurant! Je reviendrai n'importe quand si c'est pour avoir un service d'aussi bonne qualité! Merci pour tout!
Marie-Ève est possiblement la meilleure serveuse qu'on ait eu au Québec. Elle connaît parfaitement le menu & la composition des plats, elle est attentive, serviable, travaillante & vraiment sympathique!

Services incroyable, ambiance aimable & amicales. Serveuse hors pair qui reponds au besoin avec un grand sourire. Que dire du directeur qui est venu en rajouter pendant la soirée. Je recommande 1000 fois! Merci Siam davoir fait du 60iem anniversaire a mon père une expérience inoubliable!

La nourriture était excellente, notre serveuse (Carolane) était fantastique, l'ambiance chaleureuse, musique juste assez forte pour l'entendre mais pas trop pour qu'on s'entende parler, tout était parfait !
Tout est parfait. Ambiance chaleureuse, assise confortable, joli décor. Nourriture décadente du début a la fin. Une note spécial à notre serveuse, service exemplaire, explications détaillés du menu & des vins. Gentille, attentionné, beau sourire. Nous reviendrons grâce à Marie-Eve. Merci pour cette belle soirée.

If you're looking for Thai Food in St-Jean & you don't want to go to a fast food chain, Siam is a great destination. It's a bit hidden inside of a Holiday-Inn hotel but the place looks great & premium. Food is good, yellow curry with rice & duck was good, the soup of the day was really tasty, the white chocolate lava cake with coconut was very interesting as well. The only thing I didn't enjoy that much was the duck wontons, they look good but the seasoning with a bit of cinnamon is not for my personal taste. Overall we're satisfied with our dining experience & I'll probably be back to try other dishes.
Très bonne cuisine! Ça fait au moins 4 fois que nous y allons & les mets sont toujours excellents. L'ambiance est aussi fort agréable. À essayer si vous aimez les mets Thaï
The ambience is chic & modern & warm & welcoming. The staff is very attentive & go out of their way to make us feel welcome & appreciated. The food is absolutely fantastic!! Soooo delicious! We will definitely be back.

Souper au restaurant pour notre anniversaire de couple en mai. Première visite pour nous.
Le restaurant est situé dans un hôtel donc beaucoup d'achalandage. Très bruyant.
On débute par un cocktail, des sangrias
Elles sont très bonnes.
Puis en entrée, les dumplings & les rouleaux de printemps. Les rouleaux étaient chauds & croustillants mais il y avait trop de pâte. Pour les dumplings, ils étaient baignés dans la sauce mais il y avait une mare d'huile aussi avec ça… c'était un peu « too much ».
Pour le repas, on a prit un poulet aux arachides ( fade sans gout) & un poulet aigre-doux (tellement sucré que je l'ai laissé)
Finalement très déçues. Avoir su, je me serais nourrie d'entrées seulement…
130$ pour un 2etoiles ( surtout pour les entrées & le cocktails)
Nous n'y retournons pas!
Good tasting food. My wife is from Thailand & she can confirmed the food tasted the way Thai food should taste.
My only minor complaint is the service was a bit slow with the staff taking our order & asking how everything was...
Was staying at the Holiday Inn & went to the restaurant for a pre-dinner drink before heading out to another restaurant for dinner. Saw the food coming from the kitchen & decided to cancel our reservation & had dinner at Siam. All the food was wonderfully prepared with great Thai seasonings. Highly recommend if you're in this area.
Ambiance chaleureuse avec service exceptionnel. Le repas était succulent autant pour moi que pour ma copine. J'ai pris le cari rouge canard confit & elle le pad see ew. En dessert nous avons pris des gâteaux au fromage l'un taros & l'autre à la mangue, les 2 étaient délicieux.
