Hidden bar & thai restaurant inside Holiday Inn. Restaurant looks premium but affordable & about 10+ drive to/from Canadian Forces LRS. Most of the menu are good for sharing. Soup comes in single serving (Tom Yum) but both beef curry & red curry are sumptous & can be shared. Salade de Mangue is a hit same as the chefs panithits crispy chicken (served w/white rice). Most of the food vomes into heat & spice so ask questions & request for spicy level. We've got an amazing server which is not so obvious as shown in the photo but the manager on duty looks opposite when we went (10.23.2025 at 5pm). Smile is an option to attract guest/customer.
Excellent!!! Tout est savoureux. Frais. Aux saveurs variées, en finesse. Bonnes portions. Même si situé dans un hôtel, rien à voir avec un resto d'hôtel traditionnel. On peut parler de fine cuisine Thaï. À prix raisonnable.
Recommandation : menu table d'hôte pour 2 qui inclus découverte de bouchées/entrées de toute beauté. + 2 choix de plat principaux. L'incontournable est le cari au boeuf braisé. Incroyablement savoureux. Relevé juste parfait. Suggestion, prendre un extra légumes grillés en accompagnement. Pour l'ensemble de l'oeuvre, divin. On sort de table heureux.
If you're looking for Thai Food in St-Jean & you don't want to go to a fast food chain, Siam is a great destination. It's a bit hidden inside of a Holiday-Inn hotel but the place looks great & premium. Food is good, yellow curry with rice & duck was good, the soup of the day was really tasty, the white chocolate lava cake with coconut was very interesting as well. The only thing I didn't enjoy that much was the duck wontons, they look good but the seasoning with a bit of cinnamon is not for my personal taste. Overall we're satisfied with our dining experience & I'll probably be back to try other dishes.
Très bonne cuisine! Ça fait au moins 4 fois que nous y allons & les mets sont toujours excellents. L'ambiance est aussi fort agréable. À essayer si vous aimez les mets Thaï

Good tasting food. My wife is from Thailand & she can confirmed the food tasted the way Thai food should taste.
My only minor complaint is the service was a bit slow with the staff taking our order & asking how everything was...
Was staying at the Holiday Inn & went to the restaurant for a pre-dinner drink before heading out to another restaurant for dinner. Saw the food coming from the kitchen & decided to cancel our reservation & had dinner at Siam. All the food was wonderfully prepared with great Thai seasonings. Highly recommend if you're in this area.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé! J'aurais voulu mettre 4.5 pour la nourriture. Seul bémol, le canard & le riz collant étais un peu sec. Mais le pad sew , pad thaï & poulet au beurre d'arachides délicieux. L'ambiance est très agréable car la musique lounge n'est pas trop forte & la disposition des tables est intéressante. Service excellent!
Tres beau resto, service unpeu lent mais les serveuse était gentille & serviable, la nourriture ressemble plus a ce qu'on peut recevoir chez un resto de type'fast food' du style Thai express.
Service attentionné, mais expérience mitigée Le serveur était très gentil & a pris le temps d'expliquer le menu, malgré qu'il semblait seul en salle, ce qui a allongé l'attente. Les plats étaient bons, mais trop sucrés, rappelant Thaï Express, avec un prix plus élevé. Rapport qualité-prix décevant.
Repas excellent, service de qualité, prix… Arrive sur place, on nous a donné notre place & servi rapidement mais on était un lundi. La serveuse a été très rapide & attentionnée malgré qu'elle était seule comme serveuse avec une collègue. On a su rendu à la facture que le vin était à 50% de rabais alors, c'était une bonne nouvelle. Entrée de dumpling un peu épicée & délicieux avec une bonne portion de pad Thai aux crevettes qui était très bons aussi mais vu la portion, je n'avais plus faim & on a donc passé le dessert. Au total pour 2; 108$ ce qui ne fait pas un repas trop cher mais grâce au vin à moitié prix. Sinon, je pense que le rapport qualité prix est un peu plus élevé que la moyenne. Quand même une belle expérience
L'endroit est magnifique ! Cependant nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes & la table était Minuscule. La nourriture était bonne mais rien ne m'a impressionné. Un peu cher pour un pad thaï aux crevettes. Le service était impeccable & l'ambiance était bien mais c'était très bruyant. Sûrement due aux soupers du temps des fêtes. J'y retournerai certainement & essayerai autre chose sur le menu.
