C'était notre première expérience mon épouse & moi au Siam Dix30 & avons connue ce restaurant suivant la visite de Nathalie Simard dans le cadre de l'émission Coups de Food & nous avons adoré notre souper en tête à tête dans une ambiance romantique se mélangeant à la curiosité de déguster un tel repas de qualité que je recommande à tous! & salutations sincères à Sébastien, gérant qui est venue lui-même se présenter à notre table pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue, l'accueil chaleureux d'une équipe qui ont un seul but, maximiser votre expérience au Siam!! Explosion dégustative à la bouche bref, une méchante belle découverte! 👌

La viande à l'intérieur des rouleaux impériaux était crue, la personne qui m'accompagnait a été malade après en avoir mangé.

Excellent repas. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, soit le poulet (en boule de style Général Tao) & le boeuf au cury. Les entrés étaient variés & excellentes. La terrasse sur le toit est superbe. Seul petit hic: trop de monde pour le nombre de serveurs. Mais ceux ci ont vraiment fait de leur mieux. Principalement le monsieur qui donnait un service 5 étoiles +.

My visit to Siam today was, unfortunately, far from the positive experiences I've had in the past. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming felt cold, no smile or eye contact from the staff, which set a rather unwelcoming tone.
The service throughout the meal was average at best. A simple request for a toothpick had to be made three times before I eventually gave up & went to the reception desk to retrieve one myself. This lack of attentiveness was quite frustrating.
As for the food, it was a significant letdown. My dishes were served warm, not hot, which diminished the enjoyment. Specifically, the Pad Thai with lobster was misleading; the server mentioned chunks of lobster, but it arrived with only a tail placed on top, lacking any lobster meat within the dish itself.
Unlike my previous visits, where Siam has consistently delivered, today's experience was genuinely disappointing. I left feeling quite dissatisfied.

J'ai eu l'occasion de visiter le restaurant Siam au DIX30 à deux reprises, & chaque fois, j'ai été enchantée par la qualité des plats. Que ce soit le saumon parfaitement préparé ou le pad thaï au poulet savoureux, les portions sont généreuses & rassasient même les plus gourmands.
L'ambiance est agréable, avec une décoration élégante inspirée de la Thaïlande & une belle terrasse extérieure bien aménagée, idéale pour profiter des beaux jours. Le service est courtois, efficace & attentif, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante.
En plus, les prix restent raisonnables compte tenu de la variété & de la qualité des plats proposés. Une adresse que je recommande vivement & où j'ai hâte de retourner !

One of my favorite places in Dix30... all the dishes always bring something special to my taste buds. I definitely recommend it & the price point is just right. The place & the atmosphere is really good

Clean restaurant, has asian, Buddhism inspired ambiance.
The food is average, not authentic Thai, although has stars from Thailand government. The Tom yum is very disappointing, doesn't have any proximity to authentic Tom Yum, (we took both with & without coconut milk.) the portions are small, the prices are high. The true flavors are missing probably because they compromise the ingredients. Writing as someone who loves Thai food, has been to Thailand & has a Thai relative who cooks a lot of Thai food.

Top level service & atmosphere, but the food has nothing to do with thai cuisine. None of the dishes are authentic, whitewashed to fit the canadian taste buds.

Beautiful restaurant, cozy & chic ambiance. Super staffs! I was really please to go there for my birthday & our anniversary. & the food! Delicious!! Papaya salad, fried chicken from the chef, beef & green peppers everything was SO good. Great place! Thank you!
