We came across Siam a few months ago by chance while shopping in the area. They were able to accommodate my small family, without a reservation (recommend one as you may have to wait long to be seated otherwise) & we were so glad that they did. This was one of the best dining experiences we'd had in a long time. The hosts were kind & took the time to explain/recommend dishes to our young daughter. Service was fast & presentation was great & appetizing. We are a vegetarian family & there were lots of options. For starters we had the rainbow salad & the mango salad & loved them both. The peanut sauce was so delicious. Do try the vegetarian dumplings. They are a treat.!! For the main course, we had the Mazaman Curry , which has become our standard order in these past few months whenever we visit. Has the right amount of spice & is very rich. Pad thai & sautéed vegetables are solid choices as well that will not disappoint. The chef's garlic tofu is another hit with our family. Bottom line is that all the vegetarian dishes are safe bets. Please be mindful that they all contain nuts.
As for the restaurant, it looks busy & vibrant with fluidly moving, friendly servers, has clean large bathrooms & ample seating . Yet to try the outdoor seating but will definitely do this summer. They do serve wine & beer here. Prices are decent & a dinner for two with drinks will probably set you back by between $100-$150.
There is an elevator from the underground parking lot that is wheel chair accessible. They have a good number of high chairs & boosters for young diners. In our most recent visit with an infant & a large stroller, they made space for us to stowe them away.
During our visits we have seen large parties celebrating various occasions as well. The place is lively & will leave a feeling of warmth & content when you leave. Highly recommend!
J'ai adorer l'expérience pendant le DiX30 Gourmand, tellement worth it pour le prix wow. Mention d'honneur pour les dumpling vg sur ce menu promotion. Du côté du menu régulier, j'ai été surprise de la soupe TomYum (que je n'aime pas d'habitude dans les chaînes thaï populaire) & le plat qui a le plus stand out était définitivement le Pad Sew filet mignon. Par contre j'aurais vraiment apprécié plus piquant, ou du moins de pouvoir avoir l'option d'en ajouter, j'aurais aimer un petit kick de plus mais c'était quand même excellent. & que dire du décor, vraiment beau, chic & différent. L'ambiance était calme, légère & posée, bien complémentaire au décor. Point bonus pour les coussins sur les banquettes, & la variété de plat vegetariens disponibles. Pour finir par le meilleur: EXCELLENT service des deux serveuse (dimanche) qui rendent cette soirée 10/10💅🏻

We went there for lunch as a group of 8 people. We loved the atmosphere, the place is very clean & calm. The service was on point. Portion sizes were perfect. The food was filling but light & pleasant to eat. Good diversity of fresh veggies perfectly cooked & still slightly crunchy. The soup in entree was amazing. The curry were excellent, but the pad thaï felt bland.
I've been here many times & ordered the papaya salad. My most recent visit was with my company (group of 20+/-). I was looking forward to the papaya salad, it's always been delicious with just the right amount of spice. I don't know what happened last night but it was NOT '1 pepper' spicey, it was a 10 pepper spicey !! So spicey in fact, that everyone who ordered it couldn't eat it & most left 3/4 of it on the plate. I like spicey but this was unpleasantly spicey & that was shared opinion of all at the table.
A common comment of those who ordered the lobster pad Thai, the lobster was overcooked & tough as rubber.
Service was excellent, the ambiance inviting & warm but sadly, the food was a miss this visit 😢
Aujourd'hui je fut déçu , la soupe Tom yum n'en est pas vraiment une ( aucun soupçon de tomates ou de couleur rouge ) comme une Tom yum doit être selon moi. quelques champignons & 2 crevettes (12$) !! Le padthaï au poulet qui est habituellement délicieux à ce restaurant n'était pas à la hauteur aujourd'hui , nouilles trop cuites & poulet dur ! Je ne sais pas si je vais y retourner malheureusement
Est ce qu'ils ont de nouveaux cuisiniers? Qui sait ! Le service toujours très correct la bas
Ate the duck fried wontons, papaya salad, seafood Tom yum soup, duck with red curry & rice, shrimp pad Thai. For dessert mango sticky rice & ice cream & coconut cream cake. Service was great but make sure you have a table together for big groups.

My visit to Siam today was, unfortunately, far from the positive experiences I've had in the past. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming felt cold, no smile or eye contact from the staff, which set a rather unwelcoming tone.
The service throughout the meal was average at best. A simple request for a toothpick had to be made three times before I eventually gave up & went to the reception desk to retrieve one myself. This lack of attentiveness was quite frustrating.
As for the food, it was a significant letdown. My dishes were served warm, not hot, which diminished the enjoyment. Specifically, the Pad Thai with lobster was misleading; the server mentioned chunks of lobster, but it arrived with only a tail placed on top, lacking any lobster meat within the dish itself.
Unlike my previous visits, where Siam has consistently delivered, today's experience was genuinely disappointing. I left feeling quite dissatisfied.
J'ai eu l'occasion de visiter le restaurant Siam au DIX30 à deux reprises, & chaque fois, j'ai été enchantée par la qualité des plats. Que ce soit le saumon parfaitement préparé ou le pad thaï au poulet savoureux, les portions sont généreuses & rassasient même les plus gourmands.
L'ambiance est agréable, avec une décoration élégante inspirée de la Thaïlande & une belle terrasse extérieure bien aménagée, idéale pour profiter des beaux jours. Le service est courtois, efficace & attentif, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante.
En plus, les prix restent raisonnables compte tenu de la variété & de la qualité des plats proposés. Une adresse que je recommande vivement & où j'ai hâte de retourner !
This well-regarded restaurant features traditional Thai cuisine with a fusion twist, served in a stylish & modern setting. The classic dishes, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, & chicken curry, were flavorful, but surprisingly sweet & mild, missing out the authentic spicy kick. The sticky rice was disappointing, likely overheated in a microwave rather than steamed, resulting in a very dry texture. The wine by the glass was reasonably priced. Our waitress, Florence, delivered impeccable service, significantly enhancing the overall dining experience.

Une fois assis à notre table le service a été prompt; le vin & les entrés sont arrivées. Le repas principal a été suivi d'une longue pause, genre 40 minutes, on a dû intervenir auprès du serveur, sans grand résultat.
Une fois les entrés terminées, on a voulu remettre les assiettes de service & les ustensiles, le serveur nous a dit de garder nos ustensiles, ce qu'on a fait, en les déposant sur la table, salis, sans assiette de service pour les accueillir. Acceptable?
Une fois le vin terminé (avant le repas principal), on a mis la bouteille au rebord de la table, avec les verres vides. Plusieurs serveurs sont passés faire le service aux tables adjacentes, sans les prendre. Une fois que le repas principal est arrivé, j'ai demandé au serveur de la prendre.
En aucun temps on a rempli nos verres, pas de souci.
On ne nous a pas demandé si on voulait une autre bouteille, pas de souci.
2 assiettes étaient excellentes : le saumon cari & le VG Massaman. Le Pad Thai au poulet était presque froid avec très peu de poulet, genre 2 morceaux. Il a fallu demander à 3 serveurs un couteau avant d'en avoir un. Au lieu de relayer le message à notre serveur, pourquoi celui qui a reçu la demande initiale ne l'a pas fait?
Le VG tofu Panithit est essentiellement une montagne de cubes de Tofu sur une sauce nettement trop sucrée dans le fond de l'assiette
Régler l'addition s'est fait rapidement.
My friend & I recently tried Siam restaurant at Dix30 on the South Shore of Montreal. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the building & is near the central fountain of Dix30. For a starter, I ordered the chicken satay skewers which were excellent. My friend ordered the Imperial rolls which were a little too deep fried. I ordered the beef & green peppercorns for my main dish which was quite good except some of the beef pieces were a little tough. My friend ordered the pad thai with chicken. Unfortunately, she was served pad thai with shrimp instead which she did not send back. All in all, it was a quite decent dining experience. The service was good although the person who seated us never greeted us or smiled. Our waitress seemed to quite serious as well & not welcoming. Perhaps it was an off day for both.
C'était notre seconde fois dans ce restaurant. Superbe qualité des plats, le service est rapide & l'accueil est très chaleureux & amical. Goûter le boeuf sauté en entrée & le pad thaï vege en plat, pour ma part ce sont mes préférés ☺️ Je le recommande. Must la terrasse!
Great experience at Siam. Underground parking elevator takes you straight to restaurant floor. They have indoor & outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is heated terrace that helps when it's breezy. They are generous with their portions. We had the duck wontons which was not too dry but could have used a tiny bit more flavour, in general it was good. The dish that stole my heart was the lobster pad Thai which was amazing! It was very flavourful & came with a lobster tail on top of a pile of noodle & there were even some lobster bits in the noodle mix. My partner had pineapple shrimp fried rice that was also very tasty & slightly spicy. For dessert we have the white chocolate lava cake with coconut cream & it was the perfect ending to our night. Shout out to our server Thomas who was very attentive though he was juggling lots of tables & even made our visit more comfortable by bringing one of the heaters next to us when we mentioned we were a bit cold. Thank you team Siam. We will be back!
One of the best Thai restaurants in DIX30. The atmosphere was welcoming & clean. The room was well decorated with artworks. We ordered beef in panang beef curry, a chicken pad mee, & a seafood salad. All of them were flavorful & gave the impression of an authentic Thai culinary experience. The staff was also friendly & helfpful.
2 couples, we ate quite well with sake & wine & coffee for around $200. plus tip & tax, which today is kind of normal. The top Thai dishes are handled competently with a few new ones. Duck confit wontons & pad sew are worth noting. Sake (Haiku) was quite pleasant, albeit a touch pricey as were the other 2 selections. They spent some serious dough on this place. Classy modern design, & a pleasant atmosphere, although it could do without the generic soundtrack as the place is loud enough without it. Very well organized front of house & Thomas our waiter was excellent, present when required but no more, as it should be. Overall we & our guests from Toronto had a very nice experience.
