We went there for lunch as a group of 8 people. We loved the atmosphere, the place is very clean & calm. The service was on point. Portion sizes were perfect. The food was filling but light & pleasant to eat. Good diversity of fresh veggies perfectly cooked & still slightly crunchy. The soup in entree was amazing. The curry were excellent, but the pad thaï felt bland.

Le restaurant SIAM se distingue par son décor chaleureux & enchanteur qui inspire la quiétude. Chacune de nos visites au restaurant SIAM constitue une découverte culinaire exceptionnelle. Les mets qui y sont servis se caractérisent par le mariage sublime des saveurs & des aromes des met les plus exquis de la Thaïlande.
Nous voudrions exprimer également la qualité exceptionnelle du service offert par Thomas. Celui-ci s'assure constamment de répondre de façon très professionnelle aux besoins des clients. Un employé remarquable.

Contexte: c'était mon anniversaire.
Service: Nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement par le gérant. Il a accepté de nous bouger d'une table à la table avec banquette. Notre serveuse était aimable, souriante, patiente & agréable.

Ambiance: L'ambiance était parfaite pour un souper d'anniversaire (la décoration, le niveau de bruit). L'équipe a été patiente avec nous alors que le restaurant était techniquement fermé.

Cuisine: Délicieuse. Rien d'autre à dire.

Vraiment, 10/10. Je ne vis pas du tout à Brossard & je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation.

Depuis son ouverture, c'est l'un de nos établissements favoris. Ce qui fait toute la différence, c'est la présence d'un manager toujours prêt à aider & à accommoder les clients. Habituellement, c'est Sébastien qui s'occupe de nous : il est très souriant, extrêmement professionnel, & on sent qu'il est toujours prêt à trouver des solutions, peu importe la situation.

Samedi, c'est Sylvain qui était présent, tout aussi professionnel. Même lors d'une soirée très achalandée, il a réussi à nous trouver une autre table lorsque nous avons voulu changer de place.

Sofia, notre serveuse, était très polie & très professionnelle, avec un service impeccable. La nourriture est toujours délicieuse chez Siam DIX30. Toute l'équipe est formidable ; cela fait vraiment toute la différence.
