A notre arrivée nous avions avisé que nous avions un spectacle à 20h. Notre repas principale nous a été servi à 19h15. On a du manger rapidement & n'avons pas eu le temps de prendre notre thé & café

Quelle offre de plats exceptionnelle! Pour en voir gouter plusieurs, tout est excellent & quelle constance.
L'accueil des clients est simple & rapide, & les serveurs connaissent très très bien le menu. Sans parler de leur côté très chaleureux & respectueux envers les clients. Bref une magnifique expérience!!!

40 minutes d'attente à notre arrivée, pas même un " bonjour, je suis à voua dans quelques instants" , ça nous aurait au moins rassuré. Heureusement, Noémie ( nom sur la facture "noemie21" ) à su rattraper le coup, ce n'était même pas sa table & elle nous a pris quand même. Elle nous a offert un verre & fut très rapide & professionnelle, chapeau à cette serveuse, elle n'a pas à payer pour son ou sa collègue qui l'a échappé. Bref, je donne 4 étoiles mais si Noémie n'était pas intervenue, nous serions partis sans même avoir été répondu.

Le restaurant comme tel est top notch (nourriture, ambiance, service) 👌🏻

Toutefois, nous étions 4 & avons été installées à une table de 8-10 personnes, ce qui était à la base étrange. Notre réservation était à 18h30 (je l'avais fait il y a un mois). Sans avertissement préalable, on s'est fait gentiment demander de quitter vers 20h05 parce que notre table était réservée pour un groupe. Ça a soudainement expliqué pourquoi tout le repas se déroulait très rapidement! Très désagréable comme fin de soirée (ou plutôt début, il n'était que 20h!!!). Ça a abruptement mis fin à notre journée spa-resto, quand même désagréable! Ils auraient pu nous avertir ou nous installer à une autre table à la base... Déplaisant comme expérience...
