Very delicious. My friend & I got the Shnoopa & the Pink Sauce! The shnoopa was really good but the pink sauce just tasted like plain mac n cheese. It would've been great if we would have been able to change the sort of pasta. Other than that, atmosphere wise, there wasn't any music so it was a bit awkward, but the decoration is very pretty & photo-worthy!
Hands down the best. I regret going here on the last day of my trip. This should have been my first stop when getting to Montreal. The pasta portions here are amazing, the flavors out of this world, it is something new. The staff they're completely fun to be around.
For their Thursday special even with reservation expect to wait an extra 15 mins minimum. Another extra 10 mins for them to give you water & another 10 mins to take your order. Food was average. Nothing spectacular. Pasta is a bit more chewy than normal

Shnoopa is such a great find in Griffintown. The vibe is cozy & clean, the staff is welcoming, & the PASTA is honestly soooo good. Everything was fresh & served fast. You can tell they care about quality. Highly recommend !!!!!
I ordered the four cheese pasta to go & it was absolutely delicious! Rich, creamy, & full of flavor. The portion was generous & everything was perfectly cooked. Great quality & great service. Highly recommended!
I tried Shnoopa & honestly had such a great experience.
The service was amazing, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, & made us feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is warm & cozy, very inviting.
The pasta was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, & clearly made with care.
Overall, Shnoopa is a wonderful spot with great food & outstanding service. I'll definitely be coming back!
We came to Shnoopa for a date night after having heard great stuff about the pasta! Overall, the experience was fine. We ordered the minced beef rigatoni, four cheese, & shnoopa truffle pasta. The minced beef was truly delicious, the truffle was lovely, however the four cheese one was far too rich, claggy, & very very strong!! & for somewhere that specialises in pasta, it felt pretty overcooked. Portion sizes were great though & we could take away what we didn't finish.
As for the overall atmosphere & vibe - it was very odd. It was very industrial & empty, with odd plastic chairs & strange paintings everywhere! There were also weird plastic vines & solitary plastic plants dotted around on empty shelves. I don't want to be rude at all but the atmosphere just felt really off, it was super quiet, especially as no music was being played until the radio started playing with ads. I'm surprised none of this has been mentioned in the reviews before. Wouldn't recommend for a nice dinner out, probably for takeaway. There's a lot of work that could be done.
Was disappointed to find out the only thing on their menu (pasta) is not made in house but bought…:( Our waiter was borderline rude & couldn't answer simple questions about the menu. Their signature truffle pasta was good though.
