I had a problem with an order & tried calling customer service. After several attempt someone finally answered, but they didn't really listen & hung up before I could explain the issue, they were just saying figure it out yourself or something like that. Very odd & disappointing.
Only 5 people in front of me & the line barely moved , it's been 27 minutes they clearly prioritize Uber Eats & skip the dishes. Trust me when I say this they're way too slow . Never again .
Comme on peut le voir sur la photo, il y a un bouton d'ouverture automatique sur la porte, destiné aux personnes à mobilité réduite. En appuyant sur ce bouton, la porte est censée s'ouvrir automatiquement.
Malheureusement, ce bouton est hors service depuis environ un an, voire un an & demi. Malgré cela, le restaurant n'a toujours pas pris les mesures nécessaires pour le réparer.
C'est regrettable, surtout pour un établissement qui fonctionne bien. L'accessibilité & la sécurité devraient être prises au sérieux.
