I came for a dasher order tonight. The elderly lady at the counter kept me waiting for a while. While I am taking the order, she told me to bring a hot bag. I told her I already had a hotbag in my car, but I hadn't noticed because they hadn't mentioned it on DoorDash. I also suggested they mention it on DoorDash for the next orders. However, she said she doesn't have time & I have to remember for the next time. Throughout this conversation, she was very rude & unfriendly. Look, ma'am, my time is just as valuable as yours; I visit dozens of restaurants every day, it's not easy for me to remember something special for you. Besides, I was a regular customer. But from today onwards, neither I, nor my family, nor my friends will eat there, & I will not accept dasher orders. I hope you will be more polite to other workers & customer.
Une première. Burgers savoureux, rondelles d'oignons exquises. Excellent, courtois & agréable service. Rapport qualité très honnête. Ça valait le détour. La note de 4 pour l'ambiance est l'enjeu pour plusieurs restos… la musique un peu forte à notre goût. Sinon… 👌🏻
Lorsque je suis allez, il n'y a eu aucune table de servi en 45 minutes, Il y avait environ 20 clients qui attendaient leur repas. Ils ne fessaient que traiter les commandes'doordash' & tout les autres clients a l'intérieur étaient négliger. Lors de ma visite j'ai vu 4 clients allez se plaindre, & 3 clients se faire rembourser avant d'être servi. Bref, c'est beau de priorisé les'doordash' mais il faut toujours avoir un service de base. En plus qu'ils ne savaient même pas comment faire un remboursement. Très mauvaise expérience. J'imagine que ce n'est pas toujours comme ça...
Nice place. Great burgers. Friendly staff with excellent service. I was visiting the area from Australia in winter & was very impressed with the decor, vibe & atmosphere & can only imagine how fantastic it would be in the summer with the outdoors seating area. Located next to The Cage Sports Bar so I'm sure you could stumble out of there & 25m later order a burger. Highly recommended
We had a wonderful dinner at Shack Attakk tonight with two of our friends, & everything about the experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming & fun, & the overall vibe made for a perfect evening.
A very special thank you to Fouziyah, who was super nice, polite, & incredibly friendly. She truly made our night memorable. The highlight was when she surprised us by speaking Persian-it absolutely made our evening, especially since two of us are Persian. Such a thoughtful & personal touch that we will never forget.
Amazing food, excellent service, & a great environment. We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend Shack Attakk to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
Je suis venue aujourd'hui pour la première fois prendre une poutine à la saucisse.
Le jeune a la caisse était très sympathique & le sourir, il nous a servis rapidement.
La poutine était quand à elle vraiment moyenne, peu de fromage en grain, il n'avais pas tant de goût ni de squik squik. Il y avais beaucoup de sauce mais elle n'avais pas un goût incroyable, elle était moyenne. Les morceaux de saucisses étaient quand à elle bonnes.
Le point noir c'est les frites, elles étaient molles, pas assez cuite, bref dans l'ensemble déçu de la cuisine, mais accueil vraiment top du jeune.
Agréablement surpris , ouiiii sans gluten , sans produits laitiers Bravo!!! & la sauce végane dans la poutine Bio est délicieuse 🙂Décoration superbe en face du majestueux Mont St-Hilaire 😃
Wow, vraiment une petite merveille comme découverte! Nourriture excellente, portion très raisonnable! Ambiance magnifique avec un décor à nous faire oublier l'hiver morose! 😆 À revenir bientôt pour sûr!!
