Great lunch spot - the vegan butter tofu was very well made & delicious. Lots of good options for every diet & friendly, efficient staff. It was a bit loud, but otherwise clean & a good vibe. Would recommend.
Nous avons choisi Au Sésame pour un dîner entre collègues à midi, attirés par les avis positifs sur la cuisine. & effectivement, les plats étaient délicieux ! Le menu (entrée, plat, breuvage) était savoureux & bien présenté. Cependant, l'expérience a été gâchée par plusieurs points négatifs. Le service était extrêmement lent, que ce soit pour la prise de commande ou pour obtenir la facture. Cela peut être très frustrant, surtout sur une pause déjeuner où le temps est compté. De plus, le niveau sonore était insupportable. Le bruit ambiant était si intense qu'il était impossible de discuter, même entre collègues assis côte à côte. Cela a grandement affecté l'ambiance & le plaisir du repas. En résumé, une excellente cuisine, mais des problèmes de service & d'acoustique qui rendent l'expérience difficile à recommander pour un déjeuner entre collègues.

Le cadre est très sympa, nous avons eu un serveur au petit soin. Le repas était délicieux & ils ont offerts un dessert à ma fille pour son anniversaire. Trop gentil, on recommande & surtout on reviendra.
Superbe expérience culinaire, les portions étaient parfaites, j'étais rassasié sans me sentir trop lourde à la sortie. L'ambiance était très bien, musique pas trop forte, bon espace entre les tables. Personnel courtois, on demander pour les allergies. Nous avons pu profiter de notre soirée, bel espace entre les plats, pas de sentiment de devoir quitter pour un 2ieme service. Je recommande & je reviendrai.
Although a very nice relaxing atmosphere, the food quality was poor. I have the chicken pad see ew, & was disappointed in the hard texture of the noodles, the chicken was overcooked & the greens in the dish were a bit slimy. Would not recommend.
Se restaurant ma été recommandé par une amie, l'ambiance est un 10/10 & le service aussi. La nourriture est très bonne & fresh. Je le recommande à tout le monde!

Très lent & mauvais service, le serveur nous a facturé des boissons sans nous aviser, les prix sont aussi trop élevés pour la nourriture. Je recommande fortement d'aller manger ailleurs. Si vous travaillez dans le coin.
Excellent resto. Le service du midi est rapide & courtois. Jai adoré le serveur francais qui etait souriant & qui prenait le temps de nous expliquer le menu. La salle est par contre bruyante. Excellent pad thai & soupe en entree. Prix tres raisonnable pour la qualité. Je recommande ++
Me & my friends visited the place as it was recommended by a lot of people. We order Slushes & General Tao Chicken/ Orange Sauce Chicken. It was absolutely amazing!! The service was great & the staff was amazing. The owner of the store was there as well & offered us a complementary drink. Every one at the store were super nice. I recommend visiting the place if you are in Montreal.

J'ai eu le plaisir de manger les plats de Sésame deux fois, & ai été pleinement satisfait ! Personnel chaleureux & accueillant, restaurant très chic, fait avec goût, & la nourriture est excellente. Rien à dire, je recommande à 100%.
I recently had lunch at the Oriental restaurant & enjoyed a delicious Pad Thai with shrimp & a delightful papaya salad. The service was excellent, & the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying lunch experience.
Big fan of Sesame in Boucherville. This was my first time at their StJacques location. It did not disappoint. It's a beautiful restaurant with plenty of seatings but with very decent space between tables which I loved. The food was so fresh & tasty ! Took the tuna/salmon poke & the cheesecake. My 3 yo so had the mini tao poutine, he couldn't get enough despite the light spicy taste, it was just amazing. Service was A1. 10/10 recommend.

Service agréable (surtout la barman très souriante), leurs cocktails sont originaux & délicieux & cuisine de fusion asiatique très accessible. Un chouette restaurant ! Super endroit, je recommande vivement.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Enfin un restaurant qui offre des portions généreuses !
Le prix des vins en bouteille est très raisonnable.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sesame, a restaurant in Montreal, & I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. After a frustrating night of searching for a wheelchair-accessible restaurant, we stumbled upon Sesame, & it turned out to be a hidden gem.
From the moment we entered, our server, Suf, greeted us with a warm smile & genuine kindness. Suf went above & beyond to ensure that we were accommodated & made us feel welcome. Her attentiveness & willingness to assist us in every way possible truly made our dining experience exceptional. Although accessibility is limited (more about this at the end) Suf worked with us to find a way for me to enjoy the restaurant.
Now, let's talk about the food. Sesame offers a menu with a modern twist on various cuisines, & the flavors were absolutely phenomenal. I opted for the General Tao's Poultry, & it was a delightful explosion of flavors. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside & tender on the inside, coated in a tangy & savory sauce that left me craving for more.
My wife decided to try the Tao Poke, & she was blown away by the freshness & quality of the ingredients. The combination of chicken, vegetables, & the unique sauce created a harmonious blend of flavors that was both refreshing & satisfying.
As for my son, he ordered the Pad Thai, a classic dish that Sesame executed flawlessly. The balance of sweet, sour, & savory flavors in the dish was spot on, & the generous portion of noodles & perfectly cooked shrimp made it a truly enjoyable experience.
To complement our meal, we also indulged in some dumplings, which were simply divine. The delicate dumpling wrappers were filled with a flavorful mixture, & each bite was a burst of deliciousness.
What truly made our experience at Sesame exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Suf. Her attentiveness, kindness, & willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued as customers. Suf's exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience & left a lasting impression.
In conclusion, Sesame is not only a restaurant with incredible food & modern twists on classic dishes, but it is also a place where exceptional service & genuine hospitality shine. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Montreal, I highly recommend visiting Sesame & experiencing their phenomenal cuisine & the warm hospitality of their staff, especially Suf.
