Excellente expérience ! Le personnel est sympathique, rapide & très professionnel. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'au résultat final. On sent qu'ils prennent vraiment soin de leurs clients. Je recommande fortement !
Service impeccable du début à la fin ! L'équipe a été professionnelle, accueillante & très à l'écoute. La qualité était au rendez-vous & tout a été fait avec soin & efficacité. Je recommande sans hésiter, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

The lady at the front named Douaa is rude, not friendly, unprofessional at Montreal downtown location. Is it because we can't speak french? She is not a good asset to your company especially she's stationed at the front. So disappointing & will never coming back to this location. April 3, 2026 @ 5:40 PM. We paid $240.28 for our meal.
I gave 3 stars only because the food was okay. Unfortunately, the service was really cold & slow. Two girls were chatting the whole time, going back & forth to the kitchen & staying there for a long time. At one point, I even had to knock because no one was coming, & she looked annoyed that I interrupted her. When she finally came, she put the stuff on the table with no smile, no warmth, & when I said thank you, she didn't even reply. What bothered me more was that she seemed much nicer to the other table 🙂. It honestly felt like she was just trying to serve us quickly so she could go back to sit with her friend. It was my birthday & you ruined it thank you.
They really need to work on the service.
I bought some takeout & very disappointed because the sauce which should be the heart of the food is just a small tiny box & not even enough for half bag of seafood. In other words, the rest of the bag is tasteless. The only thing I would recommend is their fries which is so crunchy. I would go back only for the fries & skip the expensive disappointing seafood.
