After asking the hostess to speak with someone in charge, the restaurant manager didn't bother to try to figure out a solution, & instead basically suggested that she'll cancel the order. Quite disappointing & would have expected a better level of customer service when they basically failed to provide the service. Stick to Uber eats & other such services, at least you know what to expect.

Nous y sommes allé après une sortie à Illumi & on a eu beaucoup de plaisir & presque le resto à nous seul!!!
The server was nice, although there were issues with the internet. The orders needed to be taken in writing instead of on the tablet. Now kitchen wise. The kitchen staff forgot to add gravy & coldslaw on the plates

It says on Google that the place closes at 9:00 PM. We were a party of four & decided to eat at scores for my girlfriend's father's birthday dinner. We come in at around a quarter to 8:00 PM & were immediately told that the restaurant closes at 8:30 & that we'll need to leave at that time. We were also told that the salad bar closes in 20 minutes & that we'd need to get whatever we needed at the salad bar before it closes. We were all uncomfortable & felt very rushed while ordering & eating. The waitress kept hovering around us so that she could pick up our empty plates as soon as possible. This is no way to treat paying costumers & I will not be returning to this Scores. On the food: My girlfriend's mother's brochette was burnt. My burger was dry. The fries were good. The food was okay, but it would've been fine if the service was better. The sign in the front of the restaurant says free salad bar, but the salad bar is only free if you order chicken or ribs.

Le service était médiocre & la nourriture n'était pas fameuse non plus. Le bar a salade était décevant car les légumes étaient mous & la salade de brushetta était pas fraîche je dirais même qu'elle avait tourné... heureusement que le propriétaire est quelqu'un de très gentil car il a tout fait pour nous accommoder. A réessayer dans quelques temps.
Perfect food & service our waitress was very good & careful to fill up our needs. Great price & variety on menu. We will be back for sure!
Notre souper était très bon & surtout le bar a salades.
Il ne manquait que les feuilles de vignes qu'ils ont déjà eu à cet endroit.

Un peu ordinaire vis-à-vis ce à quoi je m'attendais. Peu d'explication sur le menu & table mal disposée, mais acceptable tout de même.
Le principe de bar à salade est correct, mais j'ai l'impression qu'à l'ère des virus actuelles, que c'est un peu passé de mode.
La nourriture était bonne, sans être exceptionnel, je n'y retournerai sans doute pas de sitôt, mais je le recommande tout de même.
Peu de personnel pas d air climatiser il a fait très chaud & l ambiance pas fort fort
Si nous venons manger sur les heures de travail à Mélanie pourrons nous être servit par elle ou ces préférables d aller manger ailleurs merci
