They make mistake & don't gave me the fahita with the order, i arrive home I don't find the fahita i call him they sad i have to come take it & when i arrive again to the restaurant,the manger say sorry & he try to give the same plate that he was already cold after 20 minutes, i told him make a new one hot & fresh,
He should as a manger leave the cold plate front off me if he is professional to let the customer be sure that he will not make it hot in microwave 2 minutes,but he take the plate with him inside put it little bit in microwave & gave to me as a new one,
First time & last time in this restaurant with like this unprofessional manager.

Mon mari est passé acheter une fajita au comptoir (service à emporter). On lui a remis tous les ingrédients sauf la fajita elle-même, en lui disant que c'était correct & que tout y était.
Une fois arrivé à la maison, nous avons constaté qu'il manquait la fajita. Elle est donc restée chez vous.
Quand nous avons appelé, on nous a dit de revenir la chercher. J'ai demandé si vous pouviez nous l'envoyer en livraison puisque l'erreur vient de votre côté, mais on m'a répondu que je devais payer les frais de livraison.
Je trouve cela injuste, car ce n'est pas une erreur de notre part.
Merci de bien vouloir trouver une solution appropriée. 🙂
Wow, l'ambiance était extraordinaire, on as bien été reçu, services aux tables A/1 serveuse, avec un grand sourire, ont était 7, on a tous reçu, nos assiettes en même temps, c'était excellent & chaud, un grand bar a salades, avec beaucoup de choix différents de condiments... services excellent... 😋🥰

J'ai mangé un bon dîner avec mon fils aujourd'hui au Scores . Je crois que le plus impressionnant était le service avec Alexandre alias, monsieur moustache 👏🏻 Je recommande ce restaurant, j'apprécie beaucoup le barre de salade froide 🎀
Le gout a changer enormement...pas bon comme avant. En plus, Quand le serveur dit, combien vous mettez de pourboire.autamatiquement ca va a zero..

I rarely review when I think a one star is deserved but, when it affects my children, it's a different story, I ordered a family meal & on 4 orders they got 3 things wrong , 1 poutine out of 2 missing, no BBQ sauce as asked & they made a mistake on the kids drinks on top of it , it was a pick up , when I got home & called , I got no empathy & was only offered a credit of 4.25 on the side dish , I refused & instead decided to review & a promise that with St-Hubert & Au-Coq a few minutes away , no way I'll visit this restaurant again , on top of it all I tipped in advance
January, it have seen better days to be honest! 10$ fee for an extra empty plate (ordered fajitas & 8cheese sticks, for daughter & i), server gave us quite an uncomfortable feel, of being cheapsters for taking a plate for two & whined about it! Portion was quite cheap. Had not went there in a while, will be a while before i go back. ps, i did tip. place was empty, not surprising to be honest.
