Ever since they started requiring customers to pay upon arrival-& automatically including a tip in the bill with the option to add more-the quality of service has noticeably declined. We used to visit this place monthly, but it's time to start exploring other options.
I recommend bringing your own water, as the staff consistently fails to refill cups. This has happened on multiple visits. I was there this past Tuesday night, & not only did our server never return to check if we wanted more drinks, but I also had the pleasure of watching the bartender play on her phone for 45 minutes.
Eventually, I walked up to the bar to ask for a drink, & she told me to go back to my table, saying that drinks must be ordered through the server-then she went right back to her phone.
I remember when tipping was a way to thank someone for good service. Now, it seems to be treated as a guaranteed part of income-regardless of performance. Unfortunately, this kind of entitlement seems all too common in a generation raised on participation ribbons.

Franchement, j'ai quand même bien aimé l'expérience globalement, la nourriture était bonne & le service bien. Par contre, l'attente pour entrer a été excessivement longue, ça c'est un peu dommage. L'ambiance était super sympa, j'ai vraiment apprécié la déco & l'atmosphère. Pour ça, je donne un solide 4 étoiles sur 5
Ambiance très familiale. Si on ne parle pas des enfants qui couraient entre les tables à manger, je conseil vivement. Grande variété de choix culinaires.
J'ai mis 4 pour raison d'achalandage élevé.
La nourriture est parfaite & en abondance pour ce genre de service, buffet.
Le personnel est courtois, le prix un peu élevé mais inclus le pourboire. J'y vais occasionnellement & toujours satisfait.
Highly recommended. This place is seriously amazing, you absolutely have to check it out. The food choices are incredible, there's something for everyone to the point that I couldn't believe the variety they had. Seriously, anything you could possibly crave, they've got it. & the service? Top-notch. They really go above & beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back again & again regardless of whether it's a family or a business occasion. A real gem. You won't be disappointed.
Extrêmement bruyant. Super variété de mets par contre certains plats sont raides ou sec mais dans l'ensemble de bonne qualité & délicieux. Par contre le prix est vraiment dispendieux à 44$ par personne plus le pourboire & seulement de l'eau d'inclus. On doit payer dès notre arrivée donc il faut déterminer le montant du pourboire sans savoir si on aura du bon service, ce qui à mon humble avis est inacceptable. Je n'y retournerai pas ni personne de tout le groupe qu'on était pour ces mêmes raisons.
