Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin. Le décor est chaleureux, l'ambiance est relaxe & la nourriture… wow. On sent que les recettes sont authentiques avec des épices bien maîtrisées. Tout ce qu'on a commandé était délicieux, du biryani jusqu'aux entrées. Le service est rapide & professionnel même quand le resto est plein, ce qui est un gros plus. Probablement un des meilleurs restos indiens dans la région!
Incroyable découverte! Honnêtement, ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé un aussi bon restaurant indien. Les plats sont ultra savoureux, bien équilibrés en épices, & tout goûte frais. Mention spéciale au poulet tikka masala & aux naans maison qui sont juste parfaits. Le service est super attentionné, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli du début à la fin. Clairement un endroit où je vais revenir souvent!
Première commande au Masala. Mauvaise expérience avec DoorDash - je recommande fortement d'aller chercher votre commande : vous économiserez environ 20 % & éviterez les erreurs.
Cela dit, le service du restaurant a été exceptionnel malgré une situation hors de leur contrôle. Accueil chaleureux, réel souci de la satisfaction client.
& surtout… la nourriture est délicieuse ! Viande parfaitement cuite & saveurs bien équilibrées. Je recommande sans hésiter 👍
La nourriture est très bonne & le serveur était gentil & avenant. Mais je pense qu'il y a eu un problème de manque de personnel car c'était extrêmement long & pour être servi, & pour payer la facture. Le restaurant semblait complètement désorganisé & j'ai constaté que plusieurs tables qui se sont remplies après nous ont été servies avant nous!! Nous avions pourtant réservé... nous étions déjà allé à ce resto & ce n'était pas aussi pénible. J'espère que ce n'est qu'un épisode isolé car autrement, on aime bien y aller!!
We have been at this restaurant & did takeout few times & my husband & I were really happy about food… but this times takeout we were so disappointed. We ordered vegetable pakora, onion Pakora, beef madras, chicken korma, shahi paneer, riz polau & naan. Vegetable pakora was thin & dry, all sauce was almost like soup, beef was dry & hard, naan was burnt. I have to ask, did you changed cook? We love Indian food & we have been many different restaurants. We were very happy for previous experience but this time we were very disappointed.Total price before tax was $91.70
We just got back from this place & the experience was great. The food was fantastic, fresh & delicious. We frequent Indian restaurants often & this one was far the best. The service was impeccable, friendly & prompt, the restaurant was well decorated & very clean. We took one of the special dinners for two, the portions were generous, hot & fresh. I would recommend this place, we were more than pleased & will return. 5 star for sure.👍🏽
