I wanted to come to your restaurant but I never saw a restaurant post 8 paragraphs of rules & regulations. We dine in restaurants 4-6 times per month & I have never seen a restaurant post rules & regulations

J'ai adoré mon expérience ! Le service était impeccable & le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment incroyable. Je recommande à 100 %. Incroyable ratio quantité-prix. C'était la première on essayait leur brunch & je n'ai pas été déçue!!

Hats off to the restaurant management, we couldn't have asked for more. The staff were warm, welcoming, & efficient. The food was top-notch, & the ambience was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.
J'ai réservé via OpenTable. En arrivant au restaurant, j'ai mentionné que nous avions une réservation, mais la dame à l'accueil a insisté qu'ils ne travaillaient pas avec OpenTable… alors que mon nom apparaissait bel & bien sur leur liste. À part ça, la nourriture était excellente & le service aussi.
Notre souper de compagnie fut génial chez Saray. La qualité, la quantité de la nourriture & le service furent à la hauteur de leur réputation. C'est juste formidable. 😊🥰

Les restrictions de 2h de temps pour souper ,j'ai pas dutout aimé, la nourriture n'était pas au top ,en plus même si tu payes cash c'est taxable, une expérience décevante.
I loved the food 😋 & thoroughly enjoyed it, even though the sharing platter 🍽 took a little while to prepare. The atmosphere is wonderful & the service very attentive. Keep up the good work, Saray!
This is my new favourite brunch. Obsessed with the delicious platters & scores of sides. The staff are super friendly & I wish this was closer to my house but it's always well worth the drive.

La viande est super bonne & les mezzés aussi. Un bon restaurant globalement, on a vraiment apprécie le service, les jeunes filles sont à l'écoute mais je trouve qu'il y a des points à améliorer comme :
1- on a prit des pates sauce maison bolognaise pour un enfant, car il y a pas de menus enfant ( suggestion: des repas enfants), & on n'a vraiment pas aimé . La sauce n'avait pas de gout, pas de saveur , & pas relevée, celle que je fais à la maison est meilleure & pourtant ce plat n'est pas compliqué,
2- baisser la musique car on trouve trop fort,
3- changer les plateaux en bois sur lequel on a été servi car ils étaient fissurés & ca coulait sur la table ,
4- changer le café & le thé, pas envie de prendre du thé en sachet Lipton, on aurai aimé prendre un thé turc ou vert à la menthe maison, & idem pour la café , prendre un café press par exemple au lieu d'un café instantané.
First time here & we had a good dining experience.
We did not make a reservation & decided to walk in, at noon on Sunday. The tables were about 90% full & we were lucky, we got assigned to a table in less than 10 minutes.
The restaurant is huge, clean & bright. Two groups of people were celebrating their birthdays while we were there. We spent around 1.5 hours there, including waiting time for the food to arrive.
We ordered'SULTAN designed for 2', though it could be a big set for just two of us. The food was fantastic & I would say I like the good size. The bread that came with the set was very delicious. Meat was cooked very well, tasted very juicy. Enjoyed the huge portion of salad. The golden house potatoes were great too. Everything in the set blended well & I would say, this set was a good option for us.
At the end of our meal, we ordered a dessert'kunefe'. Our first time trying out this & to our surprise, it tasted wonderful. At first, we thought it would be too sweet to our liking, but it wasn't. This dessert definitely made our meal more complete.
For drinks, we went for Turkish tea & coffee. The tea especially, it came with free refill & by having it together with our meal, that was very soothing, & made the whole meal not too heavy for us.
This restaurant has a very good ambience & is beautifully set up. The staff are extremely friendly. Definitely a great place to enjoy a meal / have a gathering / celebrate an event.
One small thing to comment, it would be better if a specific waiter / waitress could be assigned to take care of a specific zone. There were quite a few times during our visit where we needed some assistances, we needed to wait for the staff to come to us. This isn't a big concern, but could be something that makes the whole dining experience even better.
C'était un de mes restaurants préférés, j'aimais bien la cuisine & l'ambiance générale, mais ma dernière visite m'a laisser un peu déçus , déjà je trouver le brunch un peu exorbitant pour la quantité offerte, si le déjeuner c'est pour 2 personnes alors pourquoi c'est une assiette pour 2 personnes ? & aussi j'ai trouver un cheveux dans l'omelette avec Soujouk mai j'ai préféré juste pas terminer mon assiette . Ensuite y'avait la serveuse qui est venue débarrasser la table alors qu'on mangeais encore & on avait pas dépasser les 2 heures par table . Mais bon l'erreur est humaine , j'espère que vous prendrez ça en considération & que vous vous améliorerez.
