Si il faut retenir une adresse de Montreal c'est bien celle ci. Que ce soit pour le dîner ou pour le brunch c'est réellement un des meilleurs restaurants de Montreal. Je vous recommande de gouter les entrées ainsi que l'ensemble des viandes.
L'accueil est irréprochable, un réel service par les employés. C'est une réelle adresse a ne pas manquer sur votre séjour.

I had a great experience at SaRay. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, the food tasted fresh, & the presentation looked nice. The staff were polite, attentive, & made sure everything was going well during the meal. The service was fast & organized, even when the restaurant was busy.
What stood out the most was the teamwork between the employees. Everyone worked professionally & treated customers with respect. It created a comfortable environment & made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend SaRay to anyone looking for good food & good service & I would thank zenat who take care of us & make sure that we had everything very professional & friendly
L'expérience globale était excellente; que ce soit la cuisine avec des plats bien soignés & très bons a l'occasion, passant par le service très efficace avec le sourire tout le temps.
Petit bemol: on aurait aimé avoir du thé de meilleure qualité (c'était clairement du thé Lipton de très basse qualité)
Je suis allé au restaurant hier pour passer un bon moment, mais malheureusement l'expérience a été décevante. Après avoir commandé, nous avons reçu des plats qui ne correspondaient pas à ce que nous avions demandé. Au lieu de reconnaître simplement l'erreur, la serveuse a essayé de nous faire croire que le problème venait de nous, alors que nous étions certains de notre commande. Elle est même revenue avec le bon pour essayer de justifier la situation.
Le plus frustrant, c'est qu'au final on avait l'impression qu'on devait accepter & manger quelque chose qu'on ne voulait pas. Quand on va au restaurant, on s'attend à être écoutés & respectés, pas à devoir se justifier pour une erreur de service. Très mauvaise gestion de la situation & expérience vraiment décevante.

Nous avons dîné en famille au restaurant Saray à Montréal & ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle.
L'ambiance est tout simplement magnifique, chaleureuse & élégante.
Le steak était absolument délicieux, parfaitement préparé.
La propreté du lieu & le sens de l'hospitalité sont remarquables. Un grand merci tout particulier à Elyas, qui nous a offert un service irréprochable, attentionné & très professionnel.
Nous avons passé une soirée inoubliable & nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui recherchent une excellente cuisine turque dans un cadre agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
LAMB PIRZOLA: lamb chops (4) size became much smaller than last year.
We completely understand that food prices have been gradually increasing, from 34 last year to 40 now. However, if the restaurant continues to make up for its profit margin by reducing portion sizes, it will be very disappointing. One of the best things about coming to Saray is being able to truly enjoy a hearty meal. Before, we could hardly finish everything on the plate, but this time, even after finishing it, we still felt it was not enough. Since both of us felt the same way, it does not seem to be a matter of a change in one person's appetite.
