C'est la 5ème fois que je viens avec ma famille dans votre restaurant, car nous avons moi & ma famille apprécié toujours votre service, votre hygiène, votre accueil, vos plats, malgré que les prix sont un peu chers, mais ça mérite le cout, seulement nous espérons que vos prix n'augmentent pas plus que ça, pour que nous puissions toujours passer à votre restaurant souvent au moins au 3 ou au 4 semaines parfois le déjeuner & parfois le souper.

Pour ma 3ᵉ visite chez Saray, j'ai été impressionné ! Malgré une salle remplie jusqu'à la porte, la file , je conseille de réserver surtout week-end, ils ont géré très bien le service rapide & efficace. Le pain chaud, les plats généreux & bien présentés, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse & familiale. Je recommande fortement !
Un authentique restaurant turc! Une ambiance familiale. La proprio est tellement agréable & terre à terre. Elle sert & discuter avec ses clients de façon si agréable & sympa. Elle explique le menu avec patience. On a essayé le souper & le petit déjeuner à ce restaurant & la vaisselle change entre le matin & le soir. Ils ont vraiment le soucis du détail. Leur vaisselle est magnifique & propre. Je recommande à 100%
Some plates are good but some are very average given the prices. Service is not the best. If you make a reservation on the phone make sure you ask for a confirmation sms/email because they may claim they didn't give any.
Une expérience exceptionnelle dans ce restaurant turc ! Un immense merci au serveur qui nous a accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux & une grande attention. Ses conseils étaient précieux & ses explications très détaillées, ce qui a rendu notre repas encore plus agréable. La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse, riche en saveurs & parfaitement préparée. Le service est impeccable, rapide & courtois, & l'ambiance du restaurant est idéale pour passer un moment convivial. Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Belle découverte ce magnifique restaurant avec une belle ambiance feutrée, lumineux, très propre & vous y dégusterez d'excellents gozlemes malgré que la demande pour celui au boeuf n'était pas suffisant pour le garder au menu. Un excellent service vous sera donné
Excellent service de la part du staff. Pour la bouffe, nous avons pris un assortiment d'entrée turque, pour essayer le plus de plats traditionnel possible. Nous avons été agréablement surpris, toutes les sauces à manger avec le pain & les entrées étaient très bonnes. Nous y retournerons assurément pour essayer les plats principaux. Will go again!
Very nice Turkish restaurant with a lot of nice options like adana, beyti, steaks & lamb chops. Their knafe was pretty good too. The place is huge & classy. Even though we enjoyed our experience I do have a bit of complaints. The food took a long time to arrive & they didn't serve any bread or anything while we were waiting. On top of that one person got his food a lot earlier than everyone else which was kind of weird. When we ordered the steak the waitress asked us how do we want it cooked but didn't bother to tell us that they don't do medium rare & just adds it as medium on the tablet. On top of that, I ordered my steak rare but it was cooked exactly like my friend's medium steak. When we finished eating they didn't bother asking us if we wanted tea or dessert. The worst part was when we celebrated our friend's birthday & they brought the kunafe for him, they charged him the kunafe… that was very annoying. Overall the food was good, the plates were big & filling & we enjoyed our night, but these are just things to look at for when you go. I would definitely visit again!
We had takeout & ordered many items. The food was very good, no complaints there but the baklava had pieces of pistachio shells in it which is not acceptable. I could've broken my tooth & it was painful.
