Sandhu presents a reassuring blend of Italian and Indian dishes with generous portions, fresh ingredients, and flavors that shine across the menu. The restaurant also stands out for its own delivery system, avoiding third party apps, with meals arriving hot and well prepared. The dining and takeout experience is consistently praised for friendly, attentive service and reliable portions whether dining in or ordering out. Guests highlight the welcoming atmosphere, the variety of options including vegetarian choices, and the chance to sample multiple dishes through tasting options, making it a place to return to.
Price is super fair, the food is tasty & the portions big. I can't find anything wrong in this place & recommend it for small or big groups when you don't know whether to eat Italian or Indian (what a combo to choose from!!)

Really good food. It is a place we go to regularly. They have an Italian & Indian meal selection & both are good. I usually get an Indian lamb dish or the butter chicken. The rest of the family usually goes for an Italian dish. Never left disappointed.
The service is very friendly & attentive. We had a good time. One thing, that can be more personal & not necessarily viewed as an issue for others, the music was a bit loud & not suited for conversation. We were still able to talk & enjoy the moment.
Visited this place around 12pm on a Thursday as we saw samosa chat on their menu. The food was delicious but the service was extremely slow. The servers didn't understand Indian palettes & was confused when we asked for extra sweet chatni that goes within the dish.
Overall the experience was okish in terms of service but the food was really good. Might give it another try when we are in Montreal next.
Delicious indian food that is well presented! This is one of the best vege indian food in town 🙌 Made with fresh ingredients & service is very pleasant!

Im not sure about parking here. Menu: many options all italian or indian cuisine. Very delicious , one of the best butter chickens here. The eggplant dish was a little disappointing & i did not finish it. Def recommend the palao rice!! Very kind staff, many places to sit & not crowded!

My new favorite Indian restaurant! Ordered take out, & everything we had was delicious! Tried the veggie combo, & it came fast, & everything was fresh, hot, & tasty! Best gulab jamun (dessert donut ball thingy) I've ever had! Amazing Naan bread, too! Everything was packed well & generous portion sizes. Will definitely order from here again. I'm pleased to have discovered this place :)
Had corporate Christmas party here, menu included Indian & Canadian dishes, Halal. Food, service, snacks, drinks, service all good, except toilet. Difficult to find parking
Very interesting concept. Italian & Indian, they have 2 different kitchen. We ordered mussels as well as multiple Indian dishes & they were all very good. At the end of the meal, tried the tiramisu & also it was generous, full of flavour. Love the combination, next time I'm trying the chicken butter poutine!
We had a very pleasant surprise. When we saw thar their menu was half Italian half Indian, we hoped that they had truly authentic Indian flavors. They did not disappoint. Wow. From the moment you enter you get the delicious smell coming from their kitchen . The food was perfect. I would love to see that their main dishes will come with rice or naan bread , but we ordered the sampler plater & ended up ordering more naan. If we were locals we would definitely visit them once a week. The service was perfect given the fact that there was only one server & 2 tables. The place is elegant & clean. Thank you.

So I ordered a butter chicken & a chicken korma. Let's give them what they deserve. The meat is one of the most of not the most tender I had with Indian curry. The butter chicken sauce is pretty much the same as tomato soup with piece of chicken, no taste of butter whatsoever. We just throwed it away. The chicken korma, the sauce is fine, it's up to you to decide. It's not bad, itsnnot the best. It's fair. The rice... I like cumin, but now we can't even taste the basmati rice, the cumin overpowered everything else.
We've been ordering almost weekly from Sandhu for the past 7 years & absolutely love it. All the indian dishes we have tried from them were very good, although we keep going back to the Tikka Tandoori chicken which is our absolute favourite (the dipping sauce that comes with it is incredible). Portions are perfect in my opinion. Naans are very good too, especially considering the fact that by the time they are delivered to us, they're not fresh out of the oven anymore. Still, they're warm & pillowy, very tasty (& perfect with that sauce!!).
On the italian side, pizzas are very good too, as well as the scallopines. The only "meh" thing is the bread that comes with them, it's some kind of pretty dry industrial roll & really not on par with everything else.
I can't rate the service or atmosphere because we've never actually been to the restaurant, although we've been saying we should really try it sometime!
